I think I (like most people) honestly usually only go to review a fast food place when I’ve had an outstandingly negative experience. But this Taco Bell location (at Taylorsville Rd and Hikes Ln) has consistently been the most laid back and cool, while simultaneously communicative, courteous, and helpful. I don’t know if it’s a culture fostered by management, a result of smooth operating or good hiring, or some combination, but imo it’s the best TB and the best fast food place nearby.
This is always a good go to Taco Bell location. I like a lot of the people in here. I actually know a lot of the people in this location. Emil always feels fresh and the tortillas never taste stale. So for the time being, this is probably my favorite location.
What can I say, it's Taco bell, the food was pretty good, they did forget one of our items, we ordered food for 4 and one of the main items was missing so I had to go back. That was kinda inconvenient, but they were nice and fixed their mistake. It is what it is.
I love taco bell. This is an edit to my previous review. They're still over the top echoes but when I do get taco bell is the one at hikes point. You all know I'm a pain in the butt about customer svc. But, this taco bell never fails. They hire great people. I never have my order messed up (watch tomorrow it'll happen) their people are the best. Always. I'm not making this up. You guys know I'd tell ya.
I'm a delivery driver and come here often for orders. They always let me use their restroom and it's always clean... friendly cashier's!
I’ve stopped here twice and have been satisfied both times. The food is typical Taco Bell, but the service here is decent and the store is pretty clean.
I use drive-thru, i usually order ahead in the app, I'm on a GF diet, so the chicken power menu bowl is my go-to dish, it's a great tasty bargain
The service was fast. I got the $5 box it was the most food and the cheapest I have ever spent at Taco Bell.
It was my first time in this place, the exquisite food, typical Cuban flavor, the excellent attention. I recommend this site to all who visit this city.

We stop at this location mainly during football season, since it’s on the way. They always have courteous employees here. I’ve encountered many different managers with the same result, great, speedy service. The food is always hot and delicious. Sometimes the drive thru gets backed up, but I’ve only experienced tha at during peak hours.
