Employees are always polite to me and I never wait too long for my food. Makes my lunch break enjoyable.
My comment is really a question. When did McDonald's stop using real cheese? This is not my first time getting a sandwich where the cheese was not melted. But it's the first one that I waited to get home to eat and the cheese 🧀 is still not melted 🙃 When did they switch? and How does this new cheese that doesn't melt affect us? Thanks!
My daughter's ice cream fell right after taking it.
Counter Server, Max was kind enough to replace it with a new one and smart enough to give us a cup this time.
And the order taking lady was also nice and patient to answer all our dietery concerns.
Got my food quick, good taste, friendly service. Only issue... stir your drinks that you put syrup in.
Yet another mcdonalds with the attitude of guest comes first. Even the staff makes u feel good about coming here. These are high school students. There ideas are sometimes not ours. Their attitudes are sometimes not what we want to see however the last 4 mcdonalds ive been in has had great employees and mgrs.'ll of excellence. This one is so clean and quite and busy. Wow i am so overwhelmed. Their the best thus far.

Charlestown Rd is ok if certain people work but other than that it sucks
I believe they have new staff. When I say it was the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time. They were busy but in a good way. Noticeably the manager was handling everything very well. The food was all really hot and fresh. I was very pleased!
Drive thru was packed and we didn’t have to sit long at all. Food was fresh and hot. Great crew!

You can't go wrong if you want some good fast food. I love the breakfast hotcakes sausage hash brown delicious. Fish sandwiches always good at McDonald's what's some hot fries sweet iced tea and some cookies for dessert. My new favorite is the strawberry pie they got the apple pie beat all the way. One thing about McDonald's they always have something good on the dollar menu hamburgers cheeseburgers fries. McDonald's have always been kid friendly all depends on the location you go to they have games and toys and summer everything at McDonald's. I went to McDonald's one day and when I got to the window to pay for my food someone had already paid for it for me I just thought that was the sweetest thing I could have possibly happened to me that day. McDonald's will and always be the number one fast food restaurant.
