It was a Saturday night and Finn just had to have Rally fries there were 4 cars ahead of us and only 2 people working but the orders were coming out QUICK we waited 10 minutes. Service was super polite and very good. And it was 90 degrees at 9 p.m!This Rallies and the employees are a model of what the rest of the fast food places should be doing. I hope someone really does read this who could do something nice for them. Only regret is that we didn't get the strawberry swirl cone. Finn really likes ice cream.

Went to Rally's on Preston in Louisville Ky 04/26/22; the young man that took my order and was at the window was very pleasant. Our order was perfect and yummy. Thank you for the great service.
