We had excellent service and food here. The restaurant itself could use some cleaning and the bathroom was out of order. But the service put it over the top. Kesha was helpful and friendly and very patient with our indecisive large group. When I thanked her for her great customer service, she let me know that the whole team she works with provides the same level of care.
They didn’t have chicken tenders or fries, but the lady working here was so nice. We appreciate you working hard!
I enjoyed having an early lunch at this Louisville KFC. The food was prepared quickly, and the restaurant was kept clean. If you choose to eat here, I will caution, that If you have an order of the wings, they can come with a generous helping of sauce, so be sure to be sure to pack your wing container safely in your car to avoid a mess.
Great first time visit to this location, good southern hospitality was practiced here, and that's what I appreciated being from another state and passing through. I tried the buffet and it was fresh seasoned food all around!! Even the desserts were piping good!! Friendly staff that explained when the chicken would be ready and announced it. I would recommend check it out if you are ever in the area.👍🏾😉
The best pot pie hands down. If you love pot pies like I do let me tell you this place is thee place to have one. And the price very affordable.
CS rep suggested $20 fill up box. Was more than enough food for three people. Food was hot and biscuits were amazing. Will definitely return
