A great time! It's a huge place with a ton of games -- and many of them are games I haven't seen anywhere else. It's super easy to get your card and start playing. The staff was very friendly as well.
I had an awesome day at Dave and Busters yesterday! My work pals and I had a team building day and had a blast! First we had a great catered lunch, then we broke up into 4 teams and had some friendly competition. The staff was so friendly and they made sure we had a great time. Plus, my team won!!!Yay team Pitch Perfect! I highly recommend Dave and Busters for a great time!
We had our quarterly team building outing here on Friday and I think we all had a blast! The food was delicious, the competition was a blast, and just being a team together was great! I will definitely be coming back on my own with my family!
Sat down and it took about 20 mins before I was approached by a server about what I wanted to drink .. she was pretty unfriendly . But the food was great . The shrimp dip was awesome and u had the 14 Oz ribeye , it was cooked perfect and it was seasoned just right . I was actually very impressed with the food . This was the first time ever going there so I didn't know what to expect. Pleasantly surprised!!
Went to Dave and Busters for the first time in 12 years last Friday for a work team building event. The food was quite good, staff was friendly and helpful and the games were a blast. Played Galaga on a 8’ tall screen which is a far cry from the little table top I grew up playing it on, good times were had by all!
This is a great place to host an event. We had our office holiday party here and everything was so easy. The event planner made planning/scheduling a breeze, the packages were of good value, our server/host at our party was wonderful! The food was good and everyone had a great time.
It was a lot of fun. Has the world's biggest Pac-Man game. Has a wide variety of games and can win a lot of tickets. The prizes are a little high on the ticket prices. But other than that it was very enjoyable and wasn't too crowded. Great place to take your kids and let them have fun and run off some energy
Me and my boyfriend came to visit Louisville for a graduation. And I wanted to stop in the night before we left and play a few games with him. We had a wonderful time!
Customer service was great. Cody helped us tremendously!! Gave us great detail in many of my questions.

my first visit
I ordered the fried cauliflower it came to me raw batter.However Justin the manager came to our table and handled the situation friendly and professionally. Justin apologized for the undercooked cauliflower. I also ordered fresh coffee, the bartender served me old and cold coffee. Our server she was great atmosphere was fun. Took quite some time to get someone to attend to a game in which it wasn't operating properly. However it was finally dealt with and my grandson got to play two games somewhere else. It was my first time going here however my son comes quite a bit with my grandson. As I was visiting I would probably come again
My second and third visit
What a difference from my first review we even held my grandson's birthday party here. And being misinformed by our server that we could spray silly string the party went off without a hitch. The food was awesome both my second and third time coming good service and I must say we all had a ton of fun.
I will definitely come back again

FOOD -
Bar food meets fine dining. They serve quite a selection of foods here. Be prepared to have a really good meal. I suggest their Mushroom Burger! The servers here are typically a little slow/lazy. Sometimes youll see them chilling and talking to their coworkers while your water glass is on E. I would probably eat here more often if I could just get my own refills and pick my order up from a window or something.
Arcade -
If you are playing to win prizes, dont. It will take a ton of your cash just to get a small prize. Instead, find out when they have "Unlimited play" where you can play machines and not earn tickets, but have fun. Then again, most of the actual fun machines are not apart of this unlimited play deal.
