Jimmy wasn't there, they said no one worked there by that name. John does work there but he was a no call no show so I'm not sure if he's legit 🤔
But my turkey tom was on point. They made the sandwich so fast it gave me anxiety though.

I order the same Tuna Salad on lettuce from all my purchases. This location made sure the lettuce was rinsed and dried before assembling. Did not have the water dripping experience. Thank you for going the extra mile.
I just had the absolute best service. I was having a pretty bad day until I came to this Jimmy John's. My Italian sub was not only delicious and well prepared but it was given to me by a wonderful beautiful lady named Bailey and her personality is so kind that I will be coming back just because of her.
We always get the #3 which is the tuna and the # 11 club.The little John is plenty big enough for me. The tuna is my favorite of any restaurant, but was a bit runny and drippy this time. Never happened before, so I will get it again. The #11 is a big sandwich and my husband only eats half. The service is always freaky fast as they advertise and I have never seen a bad attitude in any of their stores. It's a stop in for a quick sandwich place, not a hang around for a long time place. We will keep going back though!

One of the things I like about Jimmy John's is that they know what they're good at and they to it well. Soups? Nah. Salads? Nah. Sandwiches? OH YEA!
They've got a great selection of sandwiches but years ago I discovered #5 (The Vito) and it's been my go-to ever since.
In the 5+ years we've lived in J-Town I've been to this location dozens of times. When I've eaten in the store has been clean and well-maintained. Even in the throes of a lunch rush they manage to keep things looking tidy. And when it comes to food preparation? Freaky Fast is no joke. They are just that.
The personnel here are always friendly and helpful. Even when COVID jacked up everything on earth I'd visit this location to pick up an order and everything was 100% in order.
I've use the Jimmy John's app a number of times and while nearly every fast food chain now has an app, Jimmy John's is actually pretty user-friendly and doesn't bury you in sub-menus. High-Five for that! It saves me time and gets me in/out of the door quickly.
I'm glad this Jimmy John's is the one that's closest to my house. I've never had a problem with an order and each experience with this location has been great.
Super friendly helpful staff. Acknowledged us as soon as we walked in the door and were patient with us. Food smells great can't wait to get home and try it.
I really enjoy the Club Lulu sandwich with a bag of chips and a half cut iced tea. The fresh baked bread, crisp lettuce, fresh cut tomatoes, and bacon make this a first choice. The place is always clean and the staff is curtieous. Good value and great selection. Just off Hurstborne Lane and Taylorville Road, with plenty of parking.
Freaky fast! And they don't complain about a rewards card that you can no longer use because they changed rewards tracking systems (the reason I still don't like Jersey Mike's)
I stopped there with 2 other people on Sunday around 3 o'clock. The sandwiches were awesome, and the employees were polite and professional. The bread tasted fresh and the sandwiches were all dressed well. I will definitely stop at this location again.
