Went out of my way looking for great chicken. Visited Popeyes, they had terrible service, food wasn't even ready. Visited Ezels, they now cut their chicken breast to 1/4th and offer that as a chicken breast. We went to KFC and got excellent, breaded chicken. So, KFC is our number 1 choice and they even offer Thanksgiving Dinner. I LOVE KFC.
Talked to someone in customer service department was a great listeninger about a problem I had at the store in Belmont,N.C. with the person that was waiting on the Customers was very rude to my wife. She apologized and said she would get it taking care of but I hadn't heard back.She was really nice.KFC in Belmont,N.C. I won't be going there again and we spin alot of money there.
i had recently stopped by the southington kfc and me being a diabetic and my sugar level was running very low and i walked in and ask'd one of the store employees for a cup so that i could get some soda so that i could bring up my sugar level and with out any hesitation, he gave me a cup and i got some soda and i sat down had my drink, took a minute to rest. and i can not thank this gentalman enough for what he did for me. in my opinion he has a real heart of gold and real respect for other people. he is a real good guy. and we also had ordered chicken sandwiches and they were very good.
