My wife and sister n law and I dined at Arby's on 12-08-2023, about 1PM.
Folks this was a dining experience!!!! The service was quick and very pleasant. The lady at the counter was friendly and her uniform was spotless. Did not look like she had spelt in it like other fast food joints. The store was absolutely spotless! ALL the tables were clean, the door glass was polished, the floors were not sticky or trash strewed, the trash receptacles clean and again no odor. They were not caked with weeks old gunk like other joints. Our food was ready in short order and was HOT tasty and FRESH! we were amazed at the atmosphere. No loud music blaring from the kitchen area, please and thank you were heard from the staff and crew. It was a 5 star experience from the parking spot to the table. My wife needed to use the restroom, she remarked that is was spotless, no odors and the fixtures were sparkling clean. This is not a new store, but one that is well managed! We WILL be back!
Food was hot and delicious, fries and nuggets both cooked while I waited. Staff courteous and friendly. Order was correct and included the correct sauces requested. Napkins included. Thanks
Very outgoing to keep the meal correct for me after one thing wouldn't come up right. Showed a lot of patience and initiative to get the order right, in a fast paced drive through line that was packed on my arrival, so thanks 4 that!

The food took awhile to get to me, ordered drive thru. Which was only available option at 10pm. She did explain it was due to the"loaded Mac& cheese bowl" I ordered, having fried chicken in it. So overall it wasn't a bad experience
Every once in a while I get their secret menu item the Meat Mountain sandwich which is a massive sandwich that costs $10 but is well worth it. Every cold cut meat they have goes on it plus two chicken tenders

Well Seneca Park is been there for a very very long time even way before I was born it's it's a large Park it's over by Bowman field Interstate 64 East and West and it's over on the pretty much the south west side of St Matthews large Park got a golf course Golf Course have been there for a long long time it's kept up well maintained well they got golf carts and golf you know rentals if you need them but they have very their it's a two-lane road that goes pretty much right to the park from Taylor's road down to whatever that is rode down there is it's well maintained there's a stream that runs through it it's it's lit up at night the best they can with the street lights and that there are pedestrian crosswalks very very well marked whenever you see one of the progesterone walkways and it's clearly marked which it is and persons are trying to cross on foot or on a golf cart or pulling their Club carts with them you need to stop you right away to the pedestrians they have the right away it's beautiful out there there's an area where you can hit golf balls up by Next by Bowman field it's a large public park it's got a couple very very large Hills and that even want to snowing and go down sledding down a steep steep hill so you know it's it's the well maintained Park it's part of the Louisville public park system
The food was a 3 because it is fast food. There was nothing wrong with it. The service was great it was fast and my order was correct. Atmosphere well it is fast food. The store was clean.

Went to this location for a quick meal on lunch, was greeted by the most amazing fast food rep I've ever encountered. She was incredibly nice, to the point I commented on it as soon as she did her greeting, knowledgeable on the menu items, and got me through my order in record time. I would give more than 5* if I could; fantastic job!
