Hands down the best Papa Johns I have ever ordered from! We order from here often and always get the best tasting pizza. Pizza is hot either pick up or delivery.
I mean no help, no hairnets. Reminds me of my tour in Afghanistan. Bombed out and depleted, but we got our food. For that my family thanks you. You're tough. You have what it takes to be the best. Knock em dead lord knows I did when I was in that sandbox.
Excellent spinach and Alfredo pizza! Brownies are a much needed dessert to try for chocolate lovers!!!
Pizza was great! Met the manager and can tell he really cares about quality and customer service. Good to see someone that takes ownership in his job.
Austin was very courteous and helped to pick out the papadilla. He was right, it was tasty, very tasty.
The people at the store was great. The people was awesome! Our problem was with the new customer call center. This is new. We called the number to order and they asked what kind of pizza we told them. Then they asked how many people were eating that pizza. It's none of their business. We started to order our 2nd pizza and they asked us again. How many people are going to eat this pizza. We said we just wanted the 2 pizzas. The lady said so you don't want the 1st pizza. She was so confusing. We said that we are at the Store and we will just go in and order our pizza. This lady couldn't hardly speak English. Papa John's needs people who can take orders and speak English.
Ordered delivery..Received order in timely manner..Had other things going on when pizza came. About ten minutes after receiving opened to find pizza had been deliivered a mess all toppings over to one side of pizza..And had ordered two...Called location...No Questions asked... Re-delivering order...Great customer service Tara...Have worked in this field for many years and great people are hard to find...Keep it up!!
It was late but they took my order anyway. Very nice crew. Hot and fresh pizza was delicious!
This isn't everyone's idea of the best pizza, but as someone who's spent time in various parts of the U.S., this is a well done version of pizza from the heartland. And the 5th star is earned because there was an exceptionally pleasant and helpful staffer named Noah, who made it seem as if he was really happy to handle my order. In theses times, that's worth noting.
Wonderful customer service I ordered 7 pizzas in the manage to get them all out in 12 minutes or less the lady who is the manager there was very sweet very kind and the gentleman who is new took my order
