For my first time trying Chipotle, I was pleased, but not amazed. I do want to give praise to the lady who helped me because she slowed down her preparation in order to walk me thru all the ingredients, and what some of the terms meant. The atmosphere was okay, if a bit crowded at 7pm at night, which I didn't expect. My one critique is that the rice, chicken, and fried veggies - which were supposed to be the hot food - were lukewarm, as she was grabbing from the bottom of the tins. I would have preferred to wait until she refilled the tins with fresh hot product. Nonetheless, the good was delicious and tasted fresh. I will definitely make Chipotle a recurring restaurant of choice.
When I first walked up to the counter,, the choices seemed very slim.Seemed like some of the veggy selections were not available. So I just got 3 soft Tacos, 2 chicken 1 steak.. The Sour cream is too runny. Also tacos were cold. I started eating as soon as I got in the car and my food was cold. They could at least keep the meat warm. I hate cold food. But when you're eating in your car, what choice do you have? Everyone was friendly, I asked for mild Salsa for the chips but they said they just have the chopped tomatoes ( the same chopped tomatoes they use for the tacos) or the hot/spicy salsa. I don't like anything spicy that burns my mouth, so I took the chopped tomatoes instead, although I prefer an actual Salsa that you can dip your chips in. The chips were cold but they were crispy and very good, although they were a little salty. I got a large drink that was almost $3! Which I think was a little pricy. Overall experience was good. I would recommend
Food is great but the service and quantity is much less for the money we pay for the bowl. I feel like the quantity of the food should be more. Although I always ask for more but notice a lot of people don’t. I can eat the buffet for the same amount I pay there with however much I want to eat.
Food was good, in par with nation wide chipotle. They were serving 100s of people that day so eventually ran out of items but good customer service.
Will be back
Best Chipotle in town. I have yet to show up at this one to find items missing from the serving line. Staff is super awesome as well.
Johnny Leith was a great help and provided excellent service for me very hard worker deserves a raise and always puts the customer first
Haven't been to this location for quite awhile. Food was pretty good although the steak in my bowl was a little chewy as if it were from an old milk cow. My fellow diner had the new Pollo Asado - it was quite tasty. The cashier disappeared suddenly. I had to grab my own receipt off the printer. We assume he was on an important mission of some urgency. We hope everything was alright. I put some money in the tip jar although no one was there to acknowledge my contribution. I could of used this - I was having a tough day. There was no love us at this Chipotle. I went to the Home Depot next door after lunch. They thanked me for my business there. That was nice. I'll come back to Chipotle because we like the concept of creating your own meal from various ingredient bins behind the counter.
I rarely write a review unless something is great, or absolutely horrible. I'm writing this review, and grading this Chipotle 5 stars, due to an employee named Liam's customer service. I have only been to Chipotle twice in my life. That being said, Liam explained the menu efficiently, & professionally. He made a couple suggestions on what to order, and he did an awesome job. I've been in sales over 20 years, and every once in a while you meet someone who is Phenomenal at their job. Tonight that person was Liam. So on the way out I asked the young man his name, he told me his name, and cordially said goodbye. I decided on my way home that I needed to give that young man 5 stars on Google, for his excellent customer service skills, patience, and professionalism. Hats off to Liam! I will be back, and I hope you guys realize, and utilize his talents, because he is as good as they come at customer service. Great job Liam, and thank you for the suggestions!
