I ordered the new MELTS right before leaving work. They said it would take 10 minutes to prepare, food was ready when I got there. I wasn't sure if they had a drive thru on the side of the building so I called again when I arrived because the lady that took my order Said customers are not allowed inside. I thought maybe they would bring it to my car. So when the guy answered my call I asked did they have a drive thru, and that I was there to pick up my order, he said yes, I could come in, he said they have an answering service that keeps telling the customers they aren't allowed to come inside which may be the case for the new location located in LaGrange.. so I guess there's some sort of confusion. Other than that, all was good. The MELT was very good, it's loaded with parmesan or Romano cheese on the outside of the crust. There's lots of cheese and meats inside, the dipping sauce was very good too..it's like a marinara, but a thinner consistency. Overall good experience. Parking right in front of the door, convenient location in the shopping plaza a few doors from Dollar Tree
I stopped in here & it’s so much better than it use to be. Friendlier, cleaner & quicker service. Glad I stopped in & gave this location another try. The new manager has made some positive change & I will definitely be back!!
The Springhurst Pizza Hut is great. They're consistent, friendly, fast, and my pizza is always perfect. Highly recommend!
Hot wings were delicious. The meat lovers and half supreme and half cheese were delicious. Prices are high. Expensive food.
PIZZA WAS MADE ACCORDING TO ORDER - EVEN THE HALF AND HALF ITEMS. GREAT TASTED AND QUICK DELIVERY.
This was one of the best Pizza Hut Pizzas that I have ever had!!! It was perfect! Perfect amount of cheese, sauce and toppings! Crust and crust seasoning was spot on! Delivery driver was fast, efficient, and courteous! It was a perfect storm of awesome! I may order another Pizza this week!
The person behind the counter was very nice and helpful. He made sure the pizza was hot and we had everything we needed.
I don’t like Pizza Hut but the boneless wings from here are on point

Pizza hut is pizza hut but this one did me right. I ordered delivery to my work, hour later.....no delivery. Turns out the driver just didn't show up and the manager was working by himself.
Super nice guy, comped my entire order and as super apologetic.
