Always fresh and delicious. Had one not so good experience where they didn't put my food on the "online orders" shelf, so by the time I did get it, it had been sitting out for half an hour. Still delicious though.
Walked in for lunch using a buy 1 get 1 free coupon. Placed our order with Candice. She greeted us with a smile and was pleasant throughout. Today, the chicken strips were a little rubbery. All else was delicious.
The salads here are so good. They are huge and more than I can eat. The lettuce is always crisp, and the ingredients are fresh. Highly recommend.
Love Zaxby's. We eat out alot and you can let your points add up plus you get a survey on your receipt to buy one get one free Big Zak Snack. Definitely can't beat that. Food is always cooked well and steaming hot.

If I could give 10 stars I'd give 12 absolutely fantastic... food is phenomenal the store was so clean you could eat off the floor and the service was outstanding to say the least I will definitely be back
I ordered via the app in the parking lot. They had it ready when I got inside!!! Got it home, everything was delicious and fresh. Salad, check. Fries, check! Tenders, check. Toast for the wife, check!! Outstanding!
Food was really good and the only reason it did not get a five was the loaded bacon chicken fries came with no bacon 🥓! Hello, loaded bacon fries 🤷🏻
I love Zaxby's but I don't love getting wrong order or incomplete order. Where's the chicken?

This location is the best ZAXBY'S so far. Juicy flavorful chicken fingerz and the best cole slaw. The two dixie hwy locations are awful with dry overcooked tasteless chicken. Problem is all locations rip you off on the coleslaw, it says it weighs 8oz and I weighed mine and it's never more than 5-6 Oz. I've complained over and over and gotten no response from the company so they don't care evidently
