This location has the best service I’ve had in the city. The food was fresh and hot, and Jay provided exceptional customer service. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
The young lady that served us was polite. She however was the only one working. She was doing the work of probably 4 people and didn't seem unnerved or rude in anyway. Unfortunately this appears to be the way of the world. Shame on the manager of this store who leaves a 20 something young lady alone to work the whole store by herself. God forbid something happens and then what??? Makes me sad that she was left alone. Please be kind to those who show up and do the work of numerous people because others don't feel they need to work or help their coworkers out!!
Had the pleasure of meeting the new general manager while visiting this location. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and felt very welcomed. Sandwich came out perfect. While waiting for my food, he took the time to check in with another customer who was already eating. This young man had great customer service, and I will definitely be back.
UPDATE: I spoke with the owner. He was very apologetic and working to resolve this situation. I’m updating the score to reflect this. We placed an order of several sandwiches and fries for our family of 8. When my daughter got there to pick it up it had mistakingly been given to door dash. Mistakes happen, no big deal. The employees had to contact the manager, they couldn’t just remake or refund on their own. Instead of correcting the situation the manager accused my daughter of sending some one else in to pick up the order and then try to get more food for free. They refused to remake or refund the money. I tried calling but no answer. I drove there myself to speak with the manager who doubled down on the theft and told me that my only recourse was to contact corporate but that she had already spoken to them and they also believed we were scamming them. She put me on the phone with the owner who agreed with her. Our order was $81 and they’re refusing to refund it. Now penn station has stolen our money and accused us of stealing from them. Additionally, their manager has so little directed for her employees that she refused to call me and instead made her employees a go between until the man finally gave up and handed me his phone. The employees were great. Manager Katie was rude.
Come see my guys at the Woodlawn Ave. Location. Great food and even better customer service. Amazing all the way around. I'm working my way through the menu. Something here for everyone. Keep up the great work guys.

The lady and to gentlemen were so nice with hospitality. I would literally pass up 2 penn stations just to get the nice service. Good job you guys. Keep up the good work. Represent Louisville so well.

Got the best Philly cheese steak sub is the death with a fresh lemonades the bomb I don't always get extra sauteed onions on my steak and add parmesan cheese and add pizza sauce is good sometimes too
