Fast, friendly, and very helpful. Restaurant was very clean.
I’ve mostly been to drive thru. Friendly and quick service and the food is always really good! The frozen coffee is one of my favorites.
We met family at this location at Shelbyville Road in Louisville, KY. This was a VERY busy restaurant, yet the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The servers were polite and friendly. We ate inside the restaurant, but I watched the drive-through. 🚗 it was amazingly quick. We were standing at the door after eating, saying goodbye to our family. One of the staff walked by after taking food to a customer, saw my empty fountain drink, and asked if I wanted a refill. She took my cup 🥤 and brought it back a moment later. Truly incredible service. Great experience.
You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The food is always fresh and fast. Regardless of location, you get friendly service and consistency in food items.
The team responsible for designing their drive-thru system should help other companies and the government lol.
The service like always can't be compared to other places. Its just the first place I would choose for chicken sandwich. Sorry I know.
The food and service were both great, as usual. The dining experience was just OK, employees on break were being very loud and disruptive; running around and being hyper, face-timing their friends, etc. they usually act like this at this location, so it is better when dining in to go to the Springhurst.
Fast service & quality food! Only con of this Chick-fil-A is that they always (I mean ALWAYS) forget to pack a utensil. So I had to improvise and eat like a savage 🥲🤣

They have a super efficient drive thru. Employees are friendly and attentive. Food is always hot and fresh and the order is correct 👌
