I have to say I was very impressed by the speed that this Chick-fil-A was operating at. They had two lanes wrapped around the store and they were moving people/cars through like no tomorrow.
It was so impressive to see how they have streamlined the entire process for a painless experience. I have been to this location both inside and in the drive thru and I can say both times were hassle free!
Can’t go wrong with Chick Fil A in the morning in a hurry! My husband was in and out while the kids and I were in the car. I don’t know how they do, but they really are the most efficient and quickest restaurant chain consistently!
I REALLY wanted the Pimento cheese, honey, and Jalapeno sandwich but apparently it was only a summer seasonal item. Makes me very sad! That was the best chicken sandwich ever! Bring it back ASAP, PLEASE!!
Food was good! Love the waffle fries and Chick fil a sauce. Employees were nice too.
Peppermint shake season is here!!! Got one with chocolate added. Yum.
Compare to the other locations They could work on their food quality, I ordered south west salad and grilled nuggets , nuggets where a bit cold and it was missing the side toppings for salad as well. But I will give them 5 stars for their great customer service and happy faces employees.
They did an excellent job helping us feed 30 people. They were already busy when we arrived but got us in and out of there fast. They opened 3 registers for us to order quickly.
It’s really hard to beat the Chick-fil-A here at mall Saint Matthew. The blackened chicken sandwich is to die for. I highly recommend it.
Ordered chicken nuggets got chicken pieces and that was fine, the drive thru and menu could use improvement. maybe put a menu in front of the drive thru to see while waiting in line so we won't be rushed to make our decision at the end.
Gold Standard of Service. What all drive thrus strive to be. I haven’t met a Chick-fil-A I don’t love. That is a tight ship. IT WAS MY PLEASURE, actually.
