This location serves a big crowd for a small space. The staff is always friendly. It has a morning rush that can get backed up. The bagels and soup are tasty. It’s a conveniently located spot to get a cup of coffee that uses Sunergos’s beans.

I walked here from JCTC to have lunch. The spicy turkey in a toasted everything bagel was DELISH!!! will definitely be back to try something new. My friend had the egg salad on tomato basil bagel and OMG, so good. Extremely pleased for 1st time customers. Service was wonderful as well.

Normally I wouldn't hop on writing a review so quickly, but A) It's Friday morning and 2) I was just kinda blown away by my first visit to Nancy's Bagel Box. I walked by Nancy's twice a day. Once on my way to work, and once on my way home because I park in the The Brown Hotel parking lot. I must have walked by this place two hundred times and, while I knew it was there, never stopped in. You know how it is when you're on your way to work and you're pressed for time. This morning I was particularly "Jim Needs Food As Fast As Possible" hungry, so I stopped in for a bagel. I was greeted by a cheerful young lady what asked me what I'd like to order. Since it was my first visit she gave me a quick rundown of the menu and various options. For being such a small operation they have surprisingly large variety of bagels and cream cheese(s?). I was all set to order a spinach and feta bagel when I spotted the special, which was my all-time favorite/ end-all-be-all bagel, Jalapeño Cheddar...and, of course, jalapeno cream cheese. (When it comes to jalapeño, there's no such thing as "too much" for me.) The nice lady behind the counter also suggested that I try their coffee instead of the Starbucks I had picked up on my drive in. She said that it's local (always a good thing) and is better. You can bet I'll be trying that next time! Not knowing anything about Nancy's (other than the location), I wasn't sure what to expect. Would the bagel be Costco-type (purchased in large quantities and frozen for later use)? Would the cream cheese be generic, store-brand with tiny bits of jalapeño? I'm glad to say the none of those suspicions were valid. The bagel was nothing like the mass-produced, big-store variety, but was fresh and smelled great. The cream cheese wasn't your buy-in-bulk quality, but you could tell it was hand-blended with big chunks of pickled jalapeño. And it was heavenly. There is a self-serve toaster available (and a pretty fanshy smanshy toaster at that!) available to your bagel-toasting needs. Don't get the impression that Nancy's does only bagels! They also do sandwiches, wraps, and dessert items. I was more than satisfied with my first visit to Nancy's, and I kick myself for not trying it in the nearly two years I've been walking by it every day. It's a great little place and I highly recommend it.

Boy oh boy, this was THE go to spot back in high school. I’m hardly downtown now a days but I bet it’s still as good as it was back then
