Frankly, we were amazed by the service and food! We got there on a busy Sat morning, vacationing from Michigan. We had our family of five. They said 20 minute wait. After five minutes, they communicated they had five seats at the breakfast bar in front of the kitchen so we took that. The general manager, Bill DeYoung, I believe, greeted us and gave us all menus. The waitress, Sandy, who had a 22 year badge, took our orders. We enjoyed watching the staff firsthand fly around on a busy day. The food all came in a timely manner. Alyssa, our daughter, didn't ORDER her eggs the way she intended them so they replaced them. Both Sandy and Bill asked if we were happy. Our food tasted excellent and we all said yes. I noticed my son who had ordered a bacon cheeseburger with an extra patty, was picking the cheese off his burger and had barely eaten any of his burger. I asked him if he knew what that burger cost and passed him the bill. He said he had asked for no cheese and my wife and his sisters agreed he had. The staff talked about him eating all his fries and a bit of his burger but then asked if he wanted a new burger. We asked for a single burger with no cheese to go. I went and paid while they cooked his burger. Sandy mentioned to the assistant GM that we paid for a double so he took that off our bill even though I told him we could have been more forthright about our food at the beginning.
I am a business owner, myself, and laud your staff for their communication and customer service. Your entire store has achieved rare excellence and we wanted your staff and the public to know!

Food was delicious, portions were huge,people were friendly. Great place to eat!
This was by far the BEST experience we've had at a restaurant EVER!! The service, was AMAZING!! Libby was the only server and she KILLED IT!! There was already 5 tables seated, and as more people came in, she greeted everyone with a smile! She remained calm and pleasant the entire time! The food was served in a timely manner, and was hot. We could see a full screen of orders, yet Libby handled the situation like a boss!! Thanks Libby for excellent service!! GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Took a while to get a seat, but not the fault of the restraunt but lack of others willing to work.
We had an awesome server, a new worker. Kudos to Jordan. He was polite and friendly and did a great job just having been there 3 weeks.

Service is fantastic here! Food was hot and filling. Only complaint is that the rolls were disappointing compared to other locations. Smaller, more chewy.
First time ever at a Bob Evans. Had breakfast there two days in a row and the service and food were great both days! There was a little wait on Saturday morning, but it was a weekend and also Veterans Day and they offered a special free meal for veterans so might've been busier than normal, but they were efficient and we didn't wait long.
Warm welcome and homey vibes. Soon as we walked in, they greeted us with amazing services! The food was just as amazing!!! Definitely recommend!
The server I had was very friendly and attentive. It was early evening when I went so it wasn't very crowded. I ordered the turkey and dressing dinner, which surprisingly tasted very good. I'd recommend this place.
Ordered SW Avocado Omelet and it was absolutely delicious! 😋 Buffy, thank you for your outstanding service. ❤

We always love Bob Evans. The food is always great and the service is great. I will go out of my way to come here again.
Best biscuits ever! After my mom's! I wonder if they're bought or premade... either way, they're great. Service was great, attentive staff, and the food was absolutely delicious!! 😋
