My favorite Tuesday Nite Happy Hour! Jay's bar tucked in a pretty nondescript strip mall runs a great "HH" w a real Tues deal, the $3 Jay's Burger: simply a great little burger w grilled onions, the right flattop char, love it w cheese. Best w Beachwood IPA... Jay's is a cool dark bar w great suds and solid cocktails and one of the better gourmet whiskey selections around. It's not an easy bar by design to be social w strangers at and I think it could have been laid out a tad better and towards that objective but it really works otherwise-- Nice group of barkeepers there too!

Great food, scotch, service and crowd. Jays Garage in same plaza has fantastic pizza too. I highly recommend this establishment and encourage you all to stop by, you won't want to leave.
