The freshly made quesadilla is the real star, slightly puffy and crisp at the edges and wrapped around a filling of crackling nuggets and molten cheese. It's made at a separate quesadilla cart, the dough flattened to order using a traditional wooden press and then deep-fried until fluffy. Draped across the top is a mountain of fresh lettuce and queso fresco, soft and crumbly, contrasting with the crunch of pork crackling underneath.
Great food and they're open late. All ways a go to spot after drinking and bowling.
If you're craving tacos, this is the place to come. Their low prices, and amazing food, makes this place one of the best taco places in LA when you're really craving some Mexican Food.
I really like this place, solely because of the fact that the hot sauces didn't "burn on my end". I didn't experience any discomfort after and I was really happy about that. They have other great food options that I think you'd like to eat as well.

It's sometimes difficult to find a good al pastor taco that's actually served with pineapple. So glad I found one in Hollywood. The Al Pastor was really flavorful. Wish they used 2 tortillas with each taco like a lot of taco stands do. The tacos were pretty much falling apart because 1 tortilla just wasn't enough. The woman who took my order was a little less than helpful and had a bit of an attitude/treated me like I was stupid. Aside from that, I'd recommend this taco truck!
Different selections of meat were offered, in addition of the multiple condiments. The meat was done perfectly with the right combination of crispy and juicy at the same time. Plenty of parking as people come and go for their quick fix of tacos. Unpretentious, quick, and delicioso.
Excellent quality, taste, and price point.
The hot sauce absolutely kicks, but it is a game changer.
Come here after a day of drinking and beaching and you won't be disappointed.
