The most efficient pick up service ever. I ordered a complete meal the day before Christmas Eve. I had to go into store for pickup. I went to parking lot 4 times the line was down Reseda Blvd. past the dealership. I finally had to bite the bullet and go. NO LIE. I was out in 15 min. The most efficient and fastest moving lines (about 12 of them) were going all at once. I was in awe. I should have just gone in first time. I was even able to park on Reseda Blvd. Plus the food especially the turkey was amazing. We ordered ham and turkey this year so I received a discount. It was the best experience all around. I will do this again! The staff was outstanding too! All the people in and out everyone was greeted and wished a sincere Happy Holidays!
Delicious breakfast. Had the omelette with bacon and ham, added avocado. Fresh squeezed OJ. Wait time was 45 minutes but like that they text you once your ready to be seated, so u can wait in the car.
The Turkey sandwich is always the best! Decent on the wallet too! Great option for thanksgiving. Honey baked ham and turkey and incredible. Thx
They are so organized! There were so many people but everyone social distanced and the line to pick up orders went so quickly! And, if course, the best ham!
Got the turkey with gravy and 2 sides. Yam souffle was delicious! Not too sweet and the yam chunks were nice and juicy. Not dry or hard. It also had almond slices. The sampler platter had ham but the pineapple jam on top was a tad too sweet. Service was a bit slow as we asked for another second to look at the menu then had to go find someone to take our order.
I want to express how GRATEFUL I am to the Manager, Supervisor and Staff at the Northridge, CA Honey Baked Store. Today, the Manager, or possibly a Supervisor (sadly forgot to get her name) saved my Christmas Dinner!! Had originally placed an order online for delivery of my Christmas Dinner, and UPS has lost my food order, (still listing my delivery date as: Information Unavailable). So I went into the store to purchase another ham and sides so I could still have my Holiday Dinner, and the woman that handled everything for me, applied the credit from my lost order, to what I was currently picking up at the store, and saved my Christmas!! Her kindness and generosity towards me in what is our world's worst Holiday time due to COVID, has made me a lifetime customer for Honey Baked, and put a smile back into Christmas!! THANK YOU!!
Xmas Eve, it was very busy. But they were fast and the turkey was great, everyone loved it
I was here a while ago, they currently don’t have an outdoor sitting area. Takeout and delivery only. Food is very yummy!
