Take out only (current Public Health Orders). I had chicken cutlet dinner combo. Delicious! Rice wasn't the best in the dinner box, but not a big deal to me. Miso soup was good with it too. Also came with a salad. I loved their Albacore sushi. Super fresh and melts in my mouth. I would go again. :)
It's in a small plaza, but with current health orders, you should be able to find parking.
I ordered the Cut Yellow Fin roll and spicy yellow Tuna roll. Flavor was hearty. I chased the meal with Kikusui Sake. Cold and very Unfiltered. What a meal. Did I mention garlic edamame?
I have eaten here for over 20 years including the previous owner. The sushi is always fresh and the staff is absolutely perfect. Things can get a little long in the wait when it's super busy and it's always worth the wait.
Best nabeyaki udon and salmon collar is big, not like some places. The fish is the freshest and I have never had better albacore anywhere. Kenji has really kept up the high standards that Daito laid down years ago. Highly recommend. Yes it can be pricey because you get what you pay for.
Chef Kenji-san makes some of the best sushi I've ever had, and I lived for 9 years in Japan. Reina-san also offers great service. Everything about this place is authentic Japanese. Especially for the price, this is absolutely excellent.
One of the only few traditional Japanese food place with real sushi. Small and quiet. Not much parking since they share it with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Would recommend for people in Chatsworth looking for real Japanese cooking

We usually order the Tammy Roll, Sashimi B or the Sashimi Salad. (Also Seaweed Salad.. Yum!) Everything on the menue is Excellent! The fish is always Fresh and Perfect! Kenji is the Master Sushi Chef! The ginger, par none... The Best!
The service is Allways Wonderful!
