My first time here, the Tequilas burrito was pretty good. The red salsa is hot!!
I'll be back in try out the breakfast bacon burrito. Also only $5 for the burrito.
Best breakfast burrito in Los Angeles. No one can change my mind. I'll wait in the super long line for that burrito. Everytime I get that burrito it's the highlight of my day. The staff are amazing, the food is great and the hot sauce is super hot🔥🔥🔥 but tasty. Can't beat the flavor and you can't beat the price. I'll say it again, it's literally the best breakfast burrito in Los Angeles.
A random weekday morning around 10am is when I went. You'd expect no crowd. But the queue here at this time, and on into lunch is a testament to offerings here. A simple, perfect hole in the wall that is dishing out wonderful food to regulars and those who happen along. Pair it with a coffee down the street for a place to sit and this is a perfect relaxing LA morning out
The bang for your buck is hard to beat. $6 for a big ole cheesy chorizo quesadilla? Yes please. A go to for anybody who wants quality burritos, tacos, quesadillas for cheap. Believe it or not all you need is one of whatever you’re getting.
I love the breakfast burritos and the tacos de nopales. It isn’t as packed anymore which is also something I love. It gets busy, but it’s not selling out by 11 am like it used to pre-pandemic thankfully.
Tacos Villa Corona serves outstanding breakfast burritos from a walk-up window in Atwater Village. The options are pretty straightforward - either papas, chilaquiles, or nopales, but all three are great, and can be customized with your choice of meats. We prefer the papas, because they’re cooked until they’re just about as soft as mashed potatoes. The burrito is rolled up with some egg and cheese, and your choice of meat - which should be chorizo - then is pressed until it’s nice and toasty on the outside. Ask for an extra side of their incredible (and extremely spicy) hot sauce.
