This is a somewhat higher end sushi restaurant in Toluca Lake on Ventura Blvd. with excellent food and the availability of outdoor (sidewalk) dining. Even though it is higher end, I would choose to come back here, since the food really is good and the service was great.

We live close by and always wanted to see what the hype was. This place is always packed, so glad we finally came out to try it. Great staff and service as well. We will definitely be coming back. Try the Hama-Chili if you like Yellowtail, it was our favorite. The one in the photos are the Asian Roll and the sear scallop with sea urchin sushi. Both delicious.
Great quality. This is the standard I judge all other sushi places by. Fresh ingredients and their spicy mayo is very unique and delicious.
I took my buyer client out for Sushi here and we had a great time! I am usual at this place, which clearly indicates that I like the food. Sushi is great, no doubt about it. The quality is good, portions are decent, price is fair, and all the good that you can think of. Food is fantastic here! Fresh fish and lots of authentic options, not your typical Americanized drenched in mayo and filled with imitation crab sushi rolls! I would recommend this restaurant!
Get used to a 60+ minute wait because it is popular for good quality sushi and careful preparation. Service is fantastic, parking is no so fantastic but you’ll find a space eventually.
One of the best Japanese sushi restaurant I have ever been. It was great to taste such a fresh sushi lately.
The food is amazing. The service was great. A line was formed 15 minutes before opening, so don't be late!
