Nice quiet place to have lunch or coffee, but a little overpriced in my opinion. I ordered the grilled chicken and smoked mozzarella melt. When ordering this I’d ask for extra sauce because there was barely any on the melt. The taste in all wasn’t anything special. I’m happy they put the cucumbers on the side instead of on top because it was very refreshing after eating this melt.
The food is decent, servers are nice (although they are quite busy), but the price is not as competitive. The tables are not cleaned with chlorine solutions, so I am not sure how sanitary they are. I like the sample jams in could use, except that the bread is hard to get. I just tried them on my lettuce, which was not the best way to try jams. I thought the drinks are the best here. Good coffee and tea at pretty reasonable prices, and you drink them in a bowl, not tea cups.
This is a really cute brunch spot right next to the Downtown LA flower mart. When I came here, they had a line forming outside but the wait wasn't too bad and the line moved quickly. I had the pulled pork hash and a side of the pancakes. The dish was full of flavor and it came with two any style eggs. I really loved the pancakes. They were soft and incredibly fluffy. I'll definitely be stopping by here again.

What a great experience. We had breakfast today. Nima, our server was absolutely amazing. He was funny, warm and friendly. The bread basket was to die for.
Great location here in WEST LA on sunset near bel air. My kids go to the school nearby and I love to stop by here for a capp and eat a brioche bread. Recently this restaurant has gotten a lot better and I can kind of see the people working harder over past years. There used to be a desk right up front near the counter, and it was very awkward, but now it all looks amazing and the staff is great! David is my favorite waiter ever!
I’ve only been here once but really liked the vibe. The service was great. The coffee was surprisingly great. And the waffle with berries was super good.
