Fabulous time there with my four kids. My two oldest girls were in heaven walking thru all the different rooms. Their only disappoint was no room for Lea but all the other rooms were awesome. It was easy getting my double stroller around. Anyone have ideas on how to get pen marks off of gymnastics may?
My daughter loved everything about the store. We had an awesome experience with the cafe staff including our server Maynor, to the point that our daughter wanted to take a picture with him. Definitely will be making another trip.
We had the best day visiting the salon! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. My daughter and her doll had the best time getting their hair done! It was the perfect 7th birthday present!! Highly recommend.
Great shopping experience and outstanding service and staff. We had a great time exploring the new collection of books and dolls outfits. Sadly, we got to enjoy the pop-up only, as the hair salon and caffe weren't opened yet. Overall, it is very recommended for girls' day out and doll supplies shopping 🛍

Parking here is in a structure and the first hour is free.
Beware that American girl at the time I visited did not validate parking.
So if you're planning on a long trip, visit a retail location that does before you go.
Review and visit were after they moved to new location. Cute store but much smaller than Chicago, and the previous garden grove location, felt a slight bit bigger than a regular store. I hope American girl brings back more stores because driving 6 hours for this one isn’t worth it.
Employees were overall nice, salon looked cute and the displays looked great. The bookstore upstairs was well organized.
Great store but not as large as some of the others. This is mainly because it is currently a pop up store with the full store coming soon. That said, it's got plenty of goods for the girls to browse and spend plenty of time. (and money) Worth the visit but our daughter was sad the full store wasn't open just yet.
Took my daughter for her 7th Birthday. She was so happy and overwhelmed with the huge selection of dolls. It’s a 2 story building with wall to wall Dolls and accessories. She had a really good time. Enjoyed the shopping and the experience. And the dolls are expensive! $100+

$$$ but super cute stuff! My daughter loves this store and we both get super excited when we visit. The only downfall is that they do not remove "sale" prices prior to store I'll pending and my daughter wanted a nightgown that was $28 or so and sale for $16 but they took the prices down at around 10:30 when they open at 10:0]. Daughter was a little disappointed at that and had to put the night gown back. I guess it was my fault that they did not remove signs prior to opening.
Amazing place with many great options to choose from. This place is every girls dream. You're able to pick a doll and buy all the accessories at the store. You can even get your doll ear pierced, nails done, and etc. My daughter enjoyed her birthday here.
If you or someone you know likes American Girl, this is a must see, besides the dolls and clothes, they have doll salon, and cafe, book section too. Loved the new concept and the touches of the original dolls that the company started with.
