This place is so excellent foods are very delicious huge dinning are then excellent service plus so clean. Parking spaces are plenty of space and free.

Our waitress was very nice, there was also a guy with slicked back hair who would check on us and other tables. If I was the owner of this place I would definitely give everyone raises.

I’m from Texas, visiting here for family and this was a good place for a bite and I will be recommending this Gen to all my fellow friends and associates.
Normally I am not a big fan of this style of restaurant. However, thanks to our servers Samantha and Dom I had an absolutely wonderful time tonight. They were beyond helpful and so friendly. Both of them made me feel so at home and I really appreciated their positive vibes and humor! Thanks so much for the great experience, If I’m ever going to go out for Korean bbq again It’s going to be at this location.

I had the pleasure of dining at Jacob and Connie's recently and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, Jacob and Connie were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Their warm and friendly personalities truly made us feel at home.
Throughout our meal, they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations based on our preferences. Their attention to detail and genuine passion for their craft truly shined through.
Not only did Jacob and Connie provide excellent service, but they also made our dining experience truly unique. They took the time to engage with us, sharing stories and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's clear that they truly care about their customers and want to make sure they have a memorable time.
Based on our wonderful experience, we will definitely be returning to Jacob and Connie's in the near future. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and personable nature make them stand out in the dining scene. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind dining experience, I highly recommend paying them a visit. You won't be disappointed!
I enjoyed this place very much! Food was good not too expensive! I went at lunch time. The sides are all very yummy. Did have one problem but the manager gladly fixed the issue and quickly. Meats are tender and delicious. Its closed indoor dining but doesn't smell badly like smoke. I will definitely return! The sweet Korean pancakes are so yummy! A must have for dessert.
The food itself was great, as it’s all you can eat kbbq on the weekends- though portions are small but it’s whatever since it’s AYCE. The service wasn’t as great, I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or something but it was hard to get a hold of someone every time we needed something. The servers who did help us were nice, just not enough people to help us. The atmosphere was nice and the food was amazing. I think it’s a cool place to try but overall it wasn’t like the BEST kbbq place.

My family and I went here around an hour and a half before closing time, without a reservation. We waited for 15-20 minutes to be seated. (FYI reservations must be made a day ahead)
Cleanliness: Super clean, vents above every single table. Floors were a bit sticky, but it was end of the night, so forgivable in my opinion.
Interior/atmosphere: Interior is cute. Blue lighting may not seem the most photo friendly, but surprisingly all our photos turned out great.
Atmosphere was bright and lively. Perfect place to hang out and have a drink, go on a date or have a meal with family.
Food: We ordered quite a few things, but our favorites were the spicy pork, and marinated short ribs. Make sure you order these two. We are Korean and know our stuff. Also, the portions are quite tiny, so make sure you ask for more depending on how many people you are with.
Service: The service was good. However, because the place is packed and always busy, make sure you order a bunch of stuff at once, or you will be left hungry waiting to order the next round.
Tip: If you order plain and marinated meats, grill them on opposite sides. Also, make sure to cut the the thicker slices with your scissors ahead of time. If your grill gets charred, you can always aked them to change it out, so don't worry!
Parking: TONS. Don't worry about it.
This is the second time I've taken my mom here for her birthday, she loves it! This time our server was Jorge, he was just awesome! You can tell he's an experienced veteran restaurant waiter/server. He has exceptional customer service skills, really bends over backwards for the diners that are lucky enough to be served by him. He's a genuinely good guy... him, and the amazing food being served here, we were absolutely loving the experience. What a great restaurant, meal, a service!
The service was great. Our food was delicious but once it came to pay, this young lady was very unprofessional and rude other staff members passed by and politely told me that she would be helping me as time went by and progressed. She didn’t bother turning around or letting me know that she was busy or I was next . Eventually, she turned around and asked me do you need help with an attitude like if she did not like her job, and I was like yes, I do politely she proceeded to give me a pen pend didn’t work. I asked for new one, and she got bothered that I asked.
The freshness of the cuts of meat, plus the varieties and flavors of various meats was superb. Wait staff was nice but very young. Music was dance club style and also very loud.
