This restaurant is very clean and easy to access from Hollywood. It looked authentic due to the number of Russians coming to eat in this place. Food tasted fresh. The two sides down were the lack of options for vegan/vegetarian as entrees and the rice was too salty. The waitress and the boss were very friendly.
We stopped in this restaurant for dinner without any recommendations, just because we were close. No regrets. The owner was so nice and friendly and the food was great! Highly recommend
Superior cuisine! The food was phenomenal and inexpensive for its quality. The atmosphere and service were good. The borscht was delicious and reminded me of my grandmothers borscht recipe she brought from Poland. Their chicken is excellent and their kabob outdoes even the beat Persian/Mediterranean restaurants. Highly recommend this place!!
Robert himself seated us and took great care of our meal. The restaurant space may be smaller than expected, but it’s decorated beautifully with linen tablecloths and chair covers. Every dish was delicious, with hearty servings for leftovers to take home. Service was wonderful, and we cannot wait to go back.
Very nice place for Russian food. Tucked away in the corner of the strip mall, this place has been here a long time serving great food and service. Their soup is delicious. I had the mushroom soup and my friend had the borscht. I had the beef kabob. I was cooked perfectly medium and was delicious. Lots of varieties of desserts. I had the mint chocolate gelato. Great, personal service. Tiny parking lot.
Wonderful solid home cooked food. Generous, reasonable portions that tasted great and were extremely filling. The pelmeni were cooked perfectly al dente with delicious filling The kebabs had a wonderful grilled flavor the lamb and the chicken and particular were divine! If you're looking for a home cooked meal that's a little bit different and you're not usually eating Russian food this is definitely a great place to try. The only thing we wished we had time for was the tea with sour cherries, which probably was amazing too.
I love to stumble upon new restaurants. And this is one of the reasons. I had no ideal what I was getting into. But the restaurant was full which is always a good sign. And when everyone is speaking a foreign language that is an added bonus. I only had time for a salad and beer but the menu looks very good and I have to return to try a full dinner because my crab salad and Armenian beer was superb. They were all out of Russian beer which for a Russian restaurant i thought that was a bit odd🤷🏾♂️ but hey I will be back
This restaurant was amazing! It’s been here for 35 years and all of the dishes are delicious (so well priced too). The people running the place are great. We’ll definitely be back!
Very good food. He travels all over the world and sometimes it's hard to find such quality food. Even Polish food in many places in the USA is not so good. Congrats to the owner.

The restaurant serves variety of dishes from the Russian and Armenian cuisine.
We ate the pilmeni, chicken shish kebab and chicken lula kebab with borsht soup.
Everything was delicious, great value for the price! I loved how Robert himself was there serving us, and wasn't trying to sell us too many dishes that we wouldn't finish.
A very recommended restaurant, I will definitely come back here!
