The woman who too my order wasn't really happy and made me feel like I was bothering her. I placed a to-go order. Luckily the sushi is good. So will come back!!
Have eaten here a few times.....overall very good experiance. But last time the fish was not very fresh.
Beautiful. Wow, it is wonderful. all rolls are special. really delicious. so yummy !!!! Also the staff are funny and sushi chefs are hilarius. COULD NOT BE BETTER!
Always fresh!. I ate at Asahi several times & have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh & very well prepared. They mostly offer classic combinations. The service is excellent & you will find it's a good quality/price.
I love this place even though it’s not that big. You can choose if you want to sit outside or inside. Food is great. Prices are reasonable. Huge parking lot. I usually order pick up and it takes about 25 to 40 minutes wait depending how busy they are.
Its an amazing place, the freshness of the Toro sashimi and the bluefin sushi made me come back 3 times in the same week, can't get over it
I love coming to this place and I usually have no problems.
This last time I was there I was a little surprised. I started choking on something that was very spicy and I had to ask for water four different times. Everyone was standing around and it looked like no one was moving to help me. I had to get up from my table and walk over to the owner and ask her for water. Even after that, it took a bit, I was ready to grab the picture of water that was sitting right there.... LOL.... it was odd 😵💫
I am going to chalk it up for a off night.
Normally, everyone is always friendly and customer service is always great. The food there is always good, no complaints there.
I'm sure I am going to continue to go there because it's local and I enjoy the place.
I came in with a pretty big group kind of late on a Wednesday night and they were supper accommodating. Service was incredibly fast and I was very impressed with the quality of food. Atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly.
Exceptional atmosphere, sushi, and service. We have been long-time patrons of Asahi over delivery during quarantine and visited in-person for the first time today. The patio is gorgeous with lights and candles, and it's similarly cozy inside. We were seated by the window. I can say with confidence that Asahi provides high-quality, delicious edamame (so fresh it was steaming), oysters, salmon belly, mackerel, specialty rolls, and sweet shrimp. We were refilled on ginger as needed. Everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned, on time, and as ordered. The mackerel, for example, has a lovely glossy sheen when eaten in-person instead of delivered. The server, Micheal, was very thoughtful and funny, which added immeasurably to our experience. The pleasant music and atmosphere, the quality and freshness of sushi, and the service provided by Michael have ensured that we will return to Asahi in-person for years to come.

Been coming for a little over a year now, various take out orders, dine in, have had everything on the menu at least twice. Really good. The biggest thing is I feel their fish is a bit better than a few other places I've been and they are also generous with the cuts of the fish and the amount that goes on a roll or nigiri pieces. Prices are right there with their competitors. I always enjoy myself when here. Definitely one of the better sushi spots in the San Fernando area.
Great fresh sushi, at a good price. Service was slow during our visit, when we would ask for something our waiter would forget and not return. Overall food is great, so will still be returning. Plenty of parking on lot, oh proof of vaccine is required to dine in.
