Absolutely amazing! I decided to stop here for lunch on my 8th day of being in LA - best place I've eaten over the whole time I've been here. Food is absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous. Thank you for a great meal!
The place was poppen, the food was fresh, I read they have grain fed as well as antibiotic free meats, where applicable, not sure about the fish, the menu was very simple and everything was delicious. The nurse at Kaiser said the salmon was his favorite dish. I chose to forgo a fountain drink and to my happy surprise they had tantalizing alkaline water, it was refreshing & complementary. My dad said his koobideh was delicious, he just wished he had a slice of onion to go with it.
Stopped for a random lunch. I got the bbq chicken wrap with two sides, for the sides I got tzatziki and hummus with pita bread. The wrap was very good, I like the hummus and tzatziki also.
Meal was about $20, good value for LA.
Ate outside on a nice day with nice little picnic tables.
Been here twice so far and both times I’ve been highly satisfied with the food. I’m talking food coma type satisfaction. The Filet Mignon plate as well as the Sirloin wrap I recommend for those who eat red meat. The Salmon wrap is also really good. I had a bite from a friends’ plate of their falafel; also really good. The one and only issue is the location. It’s a popular, busy area so parking can be an absolute nightmare. Aside from that, I give this place a solid 9.9/10. Took off .1 for parking
Almost as good as the best Mediterranean food I had back East (Camel's Hump, Rehoboth, DE, closed down when the owner retired). I had Lamb Loin Chops and tabouleh. Both were really good. My friend had a Mediterranean salad. It looked good too. More was ordered to take home to my friend's brother. Definitely worth it.
I enjoyed the food, and the staff was excellent! We had ground sirloin and chicken, and both were great, very fresh, and had many options at affordable prices. Parking lots are pretty small, but lunchtime wasn’t that crowded, so that we could park. I give 4stars because the wait time is a little long.
Discovered this place randomly while walking around the neighborhood. The marinated chicken was full-flavored. And the garlic sauce was a gem.
I truly recommend this place.
Good spot for kabobs. The food is good. Simple interior. They also have a small side patio for outdoor seating. Good service. There's a small parking lot in front but it fills up fast. There's also street meters up and down the block.
Have you ever bitten into a dry chicken kabob? This is definitely NOT that kind of place.
Honestly some of the juiciest, flavorful chicken kabob I have ever eaten.
I ordered the dark meat chicken kabob with hummus, garlic sauce, basmati rice, and hot potatoes (not pictured). Also got a side order of falafel.
Everything was delicious across the board. You’re going to want to dip every single bite in their hummus and garlic sauce. I felt like this place uses extremely fresh ingredients.
My only criticism is that their falafel was chewy. Usually when I order it, it’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This was soft and chewy all the way through and I can’t say I was a huge fan of that.
Staff was super friendly and the food came out quick. Will definitely be back in the near future!
Found this gem by pure coincidence. Delectable Mediterranean cuisine, with healthy portions and amazing prices. Dinner for two (wine included) comes in at under $45.
The setting is secluded and very tastefully adorned (even the restrooms have fun eclectic art). The outdoor patio section is a pure delight to dine and relax in. Potted palm trees and a running water feature can be the highlight in a bustling city.
The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to greet and accommodate you. Smiles all around and amiable conversation. This place has become one of my favorite go-to’s. As a bonus The Griffith Observatory is literally up the street!!
Looking for a great place to eat with friends late at night and found this little gem. Food was tasty, inexpensive, and came out fast.
Wow! Just finished my Sunday lunch at Sidewalk Grill. This is perhaps the best Mediterranean food i have had in LA so far. The dark meat chicken was juicy, tender and mildly charred to perfection. The Kabob melts in your mouth, satisfying every taste bud. The long grain Mediterranean rice had an essence of buttery flavor. Hummus tasted great with the olive oil. Sidewalk Grill uses high quality ingredients and it shows in the food. This is going to be my go to place for Mediterranean food. Highly recommend.
