I loved it we went to the one in Santa Ana our waitress was new she was well supervised service was spectacular and the steak was just out of this world cooked exactly like I like it my son and granddaughter loved it as well it was a great birthday evening for my 65th I would definitely recommend this place
There were 20 of us in one of the private rooms celebrating a birthday. Food and service were both great. All the food came out at the same time ; and in a very timely fashion. We had three servers who were very attentive. The amount of food was almost overwhelming. I dont believe anyone in our party was able to complete their meal. We all started with plated appetizers, then salads, main course then desserts.
It is still a nice place.

Every single aspect of our visit was outstanding! From the greeting to seating to eating....!!!! The ambience was so relaxing, the people watching was fascinating and the dining was extraordinary! I have dined at many Morton's throughout the country and found this to be the best experience to date. While Morton's may not be the least expensive steak house in the country, they consistently provide great value for the money! For a special occasion, to treat yourself or a loved one or "just because", you won't go wrong here!

I was downtown with a friend shopping and we decided to pop into Morton’s it was 5pm and we were the first people there. We sat at the bar for cocktails and bites. The bartender was fast, friendly and knowledgeable the food and cocktails were excellent as you would expect at a restaurant of this quality. They have an amazing happy hour The Power Hour! We were dressed a little casual as we were out for the day and decided to just pop in and without going into full detail I got some very rude comments from the doorman. It’s 2023 and LA is a little more casual in general! plus the restaurant has a pizza and coffee fast food chain on either side of it and a lot of scary people outside. While I would never go in dressed as casually for a dinner in the main restaurant……maybe it’s time to lighten up on the dress code for happy hour at the bar. Don’t want to make that part of the experience the entire review as the food, cocktail, decor and service from the bartender was 5 star excellent!
A rare New York Strip plus steamed jumbo asparagus is a staple at any Morton’s outlet. However, the steak was oversalted on that occasion. A well-stocked bar, a relaxing interior (except that it was dim), and acceptable service made the meal satisfactory. The central downtown location was a dining plus.
Seldom do I give. 5 star rating but this one deserves it, from the delightful appetizers :crab cakes , bruchetta to the wine selection which is astonishing and the main course, steaks, tomahawks to rib eye are so perfectly grilled it
Leaves a heavenly taste I wish I wore a pants one size bigger to accommodate this culinary gastronomical feast . Shout out to the competent staff & crew esp to Francesco who’s charm match the service & lastly the chef Angelo who reigns supreme not only in the kitchen but from now on in our hearts
It's a classic Steakhouse with decent steaks it's not awesome some of their seasonings are okay. Their happy hour's pretty good, good drinks the service is excellent and they will get feedback and adjust the menu based on your needs. It's a go-to place very old school. A solid place if you want a decent meal.
Downtown parking is a bit of a challenge they don't have valet parking very often, so I end up parking in one of the paid Lots.
Andrew the bartender is the best! Service is consistent and very tailoring to each customer. The food is amazing. Sometimes I come just for the mushroom mix, but the lamb chops are the best when I want meat. The burger..,, forget about it. Definitely my option on cheat day :)

I loved the underground steakhouse vibe! I had a lovely time with an excellent server, just be aware that you WILL run up a bill, but the experience was totally worth it. I had the 24oz porterhouse with truffle butter; for sides I had button mushrooms and bacon sea scallops with a side of apricot jam. My server, Kyle, was gracious and kind. Finally, the bread pudding was to die for! The old fashioned didn't use bitters, but rather orange liquor, which paired nicely with the meet. Thank you for an exquisite experience and delicious meat. Oh, and the scotch expresso was nice too. :)
Best line of High End Steakhouses around. Service and food quality are top notch. Highly recommend paying to join Landry's Select Club. CARD PAYS FOR ITSELF, and you get points which turn into credits and preferred seating. Went in on a busy Friday night when they were turning away guests and because of the card, I was seated right away.

This was one of the best group dining experiences I have had. We had a private room that was very intimate and we heard no outside noise. The food was amazing with a great balance of flavor. I was full by the end and the wait staff was very nice and helpful.
Came back for dinner and still had an amazing experience that tasted good, had quick service, and tried the new desserts and cocktails. Bread Pudding is huge and tasted amazing with the ice cream. The crab cakes are big and taste fresh and are well balanced with a small salad.
I was expecting a much better dish than the surf and turf in quality it was just missing something.
Overall it was just ok.
We enjoyed our early dinner at Morton's. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy. Our server, Zoe was cheerful and very attentive. We enjoyed a Filet Mignon Sandwich, a delicious burger and Banana Cheesecake. Well worth a visit.
