Wow that Mexican coffee is damn damn good so is the hash browns and beans and breakfast burrito and everything else go here!

Huge Breakfast
Small place with Mexican influenced comfort food. Meals are tasty and quick to arrive. The orange juice deserves a special mention. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and brunch/lunch only.
Totally delicious. My wife had the Mexican omelette, and I had the huevos rancheros. Out of this world. Hazelnut latte. Pure heaven
Great place! We ate there twice during our stay in San Pedro. Staff is friendly and smiley. Food was great. Nice and Quaint for breakfast! Highly recommend this place. Waffles and pancakes are huge for the kids. :)
What A Find! Low prices, great food, huge quantities and close to the marina! Very clean place. Waitresses were friendly, fast and beautiful! We're going back for sure!!
We' ve eaten here several times and it's been delicious every time. Pancakes are atypically large. Generally, preparations seem on the healthier side, but don't think that you'll give up flavor - everything that we've tried has been tasty. Recommendations include the pancakes, hot cereal, Huevos Rexeros and eggs Benny.

I loved my Huevos Rancheros from this cafe! Perfect oavocado, eggs, cheese and beans. I checked the review before going to San Pedro and I kept bugging Hubby that I wanted to try this cafe. So here we are! Surprise surprise! The place is fantastic, with great breakfast selections. The French toast uses a different type of bread, a healthier bread. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious! The coffee was good too. It's a cute little place with perfect decorations! Two thumbs up!
Super cute cafe that fills up fast! Service was fast and the food was excellent. We stopped in for breakfast before heading to the cruise port and if we lived locally, this would definitely be a "go to" spot.
I have been coming here for several years now. I have to say that the breakfast is sooo tasty! My favorite dish is the "carne deshebrada" omelete. I guarantee that this restaurant will be on your "to do" list when visiting at San Pedro. The cook are awesome!
Great food and staff! I love going to Rex's Cafe every time I am in town. I always get the breakfast burrito, which is sooo good, but I have also tried a few other dishes and everything there is great! Everyone that works there is nice and works very hard. It is a bit small inside, so be prepared to wait if you go during peak hours because it is worth the wait.
Always have the best experience, whenever I stop by & grab a bite to eat. Food is excellent, service is excellent, restaurant is always clean. Prices are reasonable & portions are hearty. Highly recommend Rex cafe👍
I live in the area forever & never heard or been to this place. Its definitely well hidden. If no one introduces you to this little Mexican restaurant you may never know about it. You would literally drive by & not see it. It is a very small cramped place, with absolutely no parking, but the food is delicious. Their hash brown was the best I’ve eaten. Very fluffy not flat. I like their variety of tea collection, since I am more of a tea drinker not a coffee drinker. A cup of tea was expensive -WOW-. $5 for a cup of tea. The people were nice, yes & their food was great. I did indeed enjoyed my meal & I will more likely return.
I was exploring the area when it started raining. I walked into Rex's and it felt like walking into a hug. The people are friendly and kind, the atmosphere is delightful, and the food delicious. I warmed up with a cinnamon latte and enjoyed the breakfast burrito.
The food was delicious! They had a variety of options, and even some vegetarian friendly ones.
The green salsa packed a punch of flavor, without crazy heat, which many other places can't seem to do.
Definitely would recommend coming here!
I don't normally put reviews, but I had share how much I enjoyed my overall experience with this place. I got the California Omelet and my boyfriend got the Breakfast Burritto. They both came your choice of breakfast potatoes, hashbrowns, or fruit. The omelete came with toast and the burrito came with refried beans. They seemed busy but the staff was friendly. Good service overall. The price was reasonable. Delicious food with fresh ingredients. We will definitely be back!
This was so nice. Again, my daughter and I were actually referred by one of the hotel employees, he that the food was delicious and he was right! We had breakfast and let me tell you,everything was great! Pancakes were as big as the plate they were served in. Eggs,sausage, bacon, toast, and hash brown were so good we had to sit there a while longer because we were so full. The service is fantastic! The atmosphere was great because there were only 3 of us there for breakfast. We just loved the interior. It had a old world charm,very warm ,coziness. The staff were so welcoming, smiling, and friendly. So visit Rex's Cafe you will enjoy it there.
