OMG the food was amazing ! Burgers was made with love ! Well seasoned, hot and fresh. I wouldn’t recommend the fries weren’t the best fries but def a yes for the burger and shake!
Australia needs Shake Shack!! Honestly the best burgers I have ever had. I had the privilege of enjoying this deliciousness 4 nights in a row (yep 4 nights in a row). Wanted to make special mention of Rudy, he remembered our name all 4 times we came in, was polite, friendly, smiley and gave us tips for the rest of our USA trip. Customer service 10/10. Definitley recommending to all my Australian friends when travelling to the USA. You should do a specialty burger for Valentine's day and call it the Love Shack burger
Another search for the best fast food burger in Hollywood. This burger was very decent, nice and juicy. However it is a bit expensive I think. Atmosphere is a bit industrial and the tables were a bit disgusting, food was great though

Nice place for a meal. Food was amazing! And the shakes were as good as they say they are. It was 80 dollars for 5 people though, so it is expensive but it is worth it after all. Service was nice and atmosphere was okay.
If you want a quick good meal before your pantages show, this is the spot. Burgers are good and beer is relatively cheap compared to what you will pay in pantages.
It wasn’t bad, but it was nothing to talk about. We ordered online while customizing our Funko Pop’s next door. When we got there our food was ready.
My husbands burger was wrong and it was corrected quickly. He got the smoke shack burger. He said it was good, but small. My girls got cheeseburgers. They said it was fine, nothing special. I got the shroom burger and that was much of the same.
The fries were the best part of the meal.

This is an okay burger spot. It is pricey and a meal for two can easily hit $40+. Customer service is okay, and pick-up order service is rude, rushed, and they questioning. Why would you put a cold shake in a warm food bag? Take out is inaccurate with no sauces, utensils, or napkins that were requested. The lettuce they add to the burger is a single and thin sad leaf. I expect more when I pay for a premium burger. $50 for two people.
The burger meat is very fragrant and delicious! The milkshake is delicious but a bit too sweet. A restaurant that I would like to visit again.🍔🥤
TJ at this location is amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed and offered drink refills and condiments even though they were extremely busy. He is an asset and an excellent employee and ambassador for the brand.
