I tried Joan's on third for breakfast
There's a limited paid car parking on street.
The food was delicious, coffee was OK.
There's a few tables outside and good numbers inside.
I guess in season will be a que and will be busy, Which I think it isn't worth waiting

Good food and good variety of grocery foods, but a little crowded and maybe a bit more effort than it’s worth. Staff here was friendly, though!
High quality produce. Great selections of cheese, bake goods and super relaxing atmosphere. Love love this place.

I was on a photo shoot set for a brand they ordered food from or bought food from here for the set, I liked it I got the tuna salad sandwich it was so good the flavor was on point it was a 10 out of 10 the photographer didn't like the food he had the meatloaf sandwich he loved the Mac and cheese, we also had their desserts I just tasted the cinnamon roll type thing that reminded me a Lil of soft cheesecake 10 out 10, the other stuff I didn't taste the vegan salad I took home pretty okay, I would be back again but the photographer I'm not sure

Omg, I went into the place on my own time. It was very busy so that's a good sign on a Thursday, that had a cute little setup outside, it's like a grocery store / Cafe or something, it was a nice vibe you can sit and eat or take it to go, the food 10 out 10 I got the tuna melt again 10 / 10 and tried two different things, the rigatoni mushroom 10/10 carrot cake 10/10 a sugar cookie 10/10 and potato chips 10/10, tens all across the board. Two things I wasn't fond of is parking meter parking and the several dogs that owners came in with around food inside. 😑 I don't think that's sanitary around food inclosed esp. that's kind of open to be served to people 🤔 other than that the place is a 10 out of 10

My last visit was a takeout order and they left items out of my bag so I can't give them 5 stars since I paid for food that I never got. But if you check your order to make sure it's all in the bag before picking it up to go, you won't be disappointed by their delicious meal. Btw, the rosemary chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread is an absolute winner and my personal fave! For a sweet treat, their chocolate chip banana loaf is the one to beat!👍Enjoy!!
We had breakfast here and it was delicious. James from the cheese counter was very helpful. I asked for a rare French cheese brand they don’t carry, but he knew it. He offered a very similar cheese from same region and let me taste it. He was right ! I am surprised to meet a cheese connoisseur here. Bravo James!
My second time back here after 3 years and the food is still as good. I think they have expanded with a second store at Studio City. I love the layout and concept of this store. It's so busy and there's food everywhere you turn. They sell fresh food and pantry store items, which obviously is a delight to many customers who wear a big smile as they are looking through the shelves.
As LA as it gets.. friendly knowledgeable waiters, lots of sunlight, inside and of course curbside. Well priced and packed cheese, charcuterie, cakes, salads and snacks. A la minute sandwiches slightly on the pricier side but still acceptable. Just wished they have more places to sit on peak brunch hours as most patrons seem to want to forget the time and love to linger while taking in the great weather... Bring lots of personal sanitizers to speed up sanitizing your own tables as their table availability a bit slow..
