A great little cafe for a great breakfast ,close to where we stayed. Friendly staff ,as much filter coffee as you require with a good choice menu. Well worth a visit.
We came here several times during our LA trip because they had such a variety of food and all the dishes were delicious. Friendly staff and very cute comfortable outdoor seating

My first and still favorite breakfast spot in LA!. When I first moved here 5 years ago I was fortunate enough in being referred to Vivian's my first day. I have been going back 3 times a week ever since. Fresh, tasty, and perfect sized breakfast and lunches makes this place a must if you live near Studio City.
Great outdoor space and yummy food! The banana pancakes were excellent! But I would stay clear of the chicken sausage, it looked like the took one link then cut it into thin strips. Not worth the money. Would def go to this hideaway spot on Ventura again!

wow! service here is beyond excellent. came to order to go, I was welcomed warmly and offered water with lemon while I wait. my food came out so fast! everything was soooo delicious and taste fresh. the strawberries on my French toast smelled and taste amazing. the OJ was very yummy and I am overwhelmed with happiness after this experience 💖 can't wait to come back and dine in. also they have a beautiful outdoor patio and a very clean bathroom
Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and attentive staff! We sat in the dog-friendly courtyard, and absolutely loved the vibe. Foliage surrounds you and you can’t help but to be transported! A serene paradise! The food was excellent, and there is something for everyone. Solid, traditional breakfast joint! Highly recommended.
This is a fun breakfast spot, it’s busy on the weekends but at 11am I only had to wait between 5-10 minutes to be seated. Lots of outdoor seating out vac in the shade. Very casual, diner vibes and prices to match. The pancakes are yummy! Fast and friendly service. Parking isn’t the greatest but you will find something either behind the building in the neighborhood or on the nearby streets.
We visited a couple of times on our first visit to LA for Breakfast, loved the outside patio area, staff were lovely and friendly and food was great too, hope we get to come back sometime.
Parking kinda sucks. Wait time was decent if you dine inside. Upon further inspection, I should've dined outside. Food was good. Price for 5 of us was $109...it was fair. Service good. Overall, this place is cool.
Enjoyed a brunch with my daughter and a friend while visiting LA. I enjoyed the mushroom & chicken omelette with home fries with some OJ. The food was ok but the chicken was a little dry. Great ambiance and good service. My daughter liked her turkey sandwich and my friends loves this place where he has gone for years.
Vivians is such a peaceful little spot. Yummy breakfast bites in the most beautiful alleyway.
