A hidden gem in Astoria. A small place with a lots of pure Indian flavor . I can't fully express how good the food was👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽. Next time will definitely try their samosas. Don’t miss it. The best Indian restaurant in Queens 👍
Samosa Bites is small, quaint, cozy and friendly. The person working was welcoming and helpful. The menu
is substantial so I am grateful for the patience of the worker.
I chose the eponymous samosa. It comes 4 per order. It came out hot and fresh and quite tasty! The two sauces were equally tantalizing. I enjoyed this experience and will return to try out the other items on the menu.
What a cool little place to happen upon in the middle of the otherwise industrial part of Astoria.
Wishing you well with lots of customers in the coming months 💜💜
Every time I come to Astoria I need to buy my tikka masala and my tikka masala grap too! this is my favourite place. This is the dish that I always recommend. The flavor and creaminess of this chicken is the best.
It was SO good. The food was delicious. It was difficult to not leave anything on the plate🤣 my friend and I left with very full happy bellies. I recommend.
Everything we ordered was amazing . From the papadam to the cheese naan. From the chicken saag to the curry chicken. They made everything perfectly as required in regard to spice level too. Service was kind and friendly. The guy remembered us from a previous visit which made I feel very welcomed. Only one thing to change would be - allow small portion of black daal since I love having it as a side and not main. Prices are very reasonable, especially for lunch. Highly recommend .
We ordered chicken samossa and lamb vindaloo with naan and tawa roti. The food was plenty for my husband and I to be full and everything tasted amazing!
The people working we’re very polite and friendly as well.
Friendly service, the workers were very accommodating (turning on the fan so we could eat comfortably outside, turning down the music) the outside seating was like a cozy hut which was nice on a hot sunny day. The waiter asked what spice level we wanted which was very nice especially if you are not accustomed to ordering Indian cuisine. The menu had so many option from samosas to pizza, so they’re are certainly options for people of all dietary needs and taste buds :)
The waiter came out of the shop and waved goodbye to us, they were just really friendly! I had a great experience and the food was just what I was craving! so good and great service means I will be back soon for a quick, tasty and affordable lunch :) I had the Samosa Chaat
Ordered the chicken biryani and garlic naan to go. Was a pleasant amount of spice and flavor. Reasonably priced for the area too.
Fresh, delicious Indian fare. The portions are quite generous. I got the lamb biryani, and it was enough for 2 meals.
Excellent food, excellent beverages, sauces are delicate and flavorful. Cozy little dining area perfect for a small group of friends or date night.
