Ordered sweet breakfast(waffle, scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese)able to be shared it’s a large portion with a few potatoes on the side. Ordered the monte cristo(turkey, ham, cheese, fried in egg) also comes with a few potatoes on the side. Monte cristo could have been fried a little longer as the cheese and bread becomes a little mushy in consistency in the middle. We were welcomed and checked on during our dining experience. It’s self serve for your condiments. We ordered earl grey tea(stash) very delicious. Price was fair compared to LA prices for breakfast. Way fair if you are sharing!
This was my first visit to this place in the downtown arts district. To be fair to the business, I did come on a Sunday which is always a busy time. I'm unsure whether the woman at the register was the owner but she apologized profusely for the long wait. I had the BKK Toast with curry chicken which was savory and flavorful. I will give this place another try and maybe be able to give them five stars.
All the food we got was really good and great portions. I do have to say their drip coffee was really good and I don't say that often!
I got the Bon Matin, it was french toast. I loved it. The mix of sweet and savory is delicious. And the atmosphere is nice with a vintage look. The french booth is cute!!!
This place is so cute! My food was great and service was really helpful and friendly. They have their menu and then the same menu but it shows you what’s popular to help make decisions easier. I got a Thai coffee which I was unsure about but was told if I didn’t like it I could try something else no problem. It’s sweeter then I thought but it was still soooo yummy!
Hot Asian omelette was so good! Just the right amount of spice. Enjoyed the monte christo but it was way better with the blackberry jam than with the maple syrup that came standard. Waffle chicken sandwich was good — chicken was the star and I almost didn’t even need/want the waffle. Great service too. Thanks for a great breakfast.
If you’re the type of person who goes to McDonald’s because you love their egg biscuit sandwiches then you have to come to Arize and have theirs. You may never want to go back to McDonald’s again. It’s huge, it’s fresh, it’s really good. Will need to come back and try their biscuits and gravy before I fly home.
Wonderful breakfast, good service and good prices... What's not to like? We'll be back!
