Been meaning to try more of the Cambodian restaurants in my area (Long Beach having the 2nd largest Cambodian population outside of Cambodia, after all) and after reading a friend's review I knew I had to go! The place is very spacious, and our group of five did not have any trouble getting a table at 6:30pm on a Wednesday night. This place has been around a long time and the decor and furniture might show it, but the food was legit. We decided to go family-style and ordered a bunch of items to share: chicken wings, beef skewers, amok tray (The item I was really looking forward to--a type of fish curry. It was slightly different from the version I had in Cambodia but still great), and a few other items. Everything was well-prepared and delicious, and we had a fab time just chatting it up while enjoying the good food and service (some of the best I've experienced at local Asian eateries). Next time I'm craving Cambodian, I'm coming back!

We ordered a couple appetizers, a couple entrees, and a drink. Service was pretty fast, and quite friendly - when we had a hard time deciding between two of their teas, they brought us a complimentary small tea of the one we didn't buy a large of. Both teas were tasty - tasted actually a lot like the stuff my favorite Asian-fusion tea place (Cha for Tea) sells, at like half the price (because their large is *enormous*). Super tasty teas. The spring rolls were mostly lettuce; not the best spring rolls I've had. The BBQ beef skewers *were* extremely good. The sausage fried rice, the sausage was delicious; the rice was mostly great, other than it felt a bit over-fried and hard in spots. The student noodle, wasn't quite as good as at Phnom Penh (my comparison for student noodle), but it was still quite good, except the beef in it was pretty low quality (I had half-chicken, half-beef; the chicken was fine.) Decor is about what you'd expect, but it felt clean, and they weren't playing annoyingly loud music or anything, so good enough. All in all, while I might like the noodles at Phnom Penh more, this place has like a hundred times more variety, and is not at all bad. I certainly plan on coming back.

Spacious with lots and lots of televisions. I would like to see more fish tanks and staties. Food was delicious with affordable lunch specials between certain times.
