Nice little bakery located in Long Beach. Plenty of parking in the lot. Just be careful crossing the street. Kosher certified. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We got a few different items to try. I loved the rainbow cookie. Very good marzipan, very sweet jelly in between the marzipan. The black and white cookie was very fresh. You can tell the difference between the fresh and the packaged cookies that are in most stores. Definitely worth the trip.
This place never disappoints. The cakes are possbily the best I've had anywhere. The Black & Whites are large and yummy. The rugelach comes in several flavors, including my favorite, chocolate. Whenever I visit Long Beach this is a must-go-to place (besides the beach and boardwalk)
My coworker picked up a kosher cake for my boss’s birthday & it was absolutely delicious!!! It wasn’t dry, & the chocolate ganache was sooo creamy & delicious
This Bakery has THE BEST baked goods!! I worked at Long Beach Medical center Lab in 1993 and many years after. The bakery has this most delicious pastry called MONDO BREAD. Dense flavourful and scattered with most fruits. I basically ate one everyday when I was working at the hospital. Is a delight to see this bakery still standing after Hurricane Sandy decimated the Hospital. The rainbow cookies I'd take home and black/white cookies for my small children. They are now adults and we all have left NY, I have no pictures as this was all before cell phones and the Web just,Good memories here.
Consistently delicious. Staff is always helpful and respectful. They keep the onion rolls warm - will make your car smell wonderful on the ride home. Enjoy!

Still one of two of my favorite bakeries. I love the cookies and the breads. I go in any time I'm in the area. Been going there for as long as I can remember... been in there with my family and taken the next generation in there too.... we love it! Sometimes you go to a place and don't look at the price because there is something just special about a place when you walk in the door... this is one of those places!
Bought a cake for my mother's birthday and some delicious cookies. They were great and tasty. The store itself could use some updating, but pastries are delicious and beautiful. The store associates were very friendly and helpful. Go by there tasty treats, you will not regret it.

If you need a place that is kosher they’ve got you since the entire place is kosher and they offer dairy and parve options.
Now if you aren’t kosher it doesn’t matter. Still go this place is absolutely wonderful.
Amazing fresh tasty challah bread. Best homemade jelly donuts that are huge and heavy (so much filling) and delicious! Bought a birthday cake there and it was fabulous and got rave reviews and so many questions on where we got it.
It’s not just our favorite kosher bakery, but also our favorite Jewish bakery, our favorite donut bakery and all around favorite local bakery. Love this place! Give them a try!

I bought a canoli cake for my mother in law's birthday and a few rainbow cookies for myself. Both were delicious. This was my first visit to Country Boy bakery and so glad I stopped by. The staff was very nice and helpful.
