Really enjoyed our experience here. Ski lodge vibe. After a long day hiking, we came in early and the server was so pleasant and attentive. Food came out fast and was very tasty. Bread service (not pictured) was fresh and yummy. Portions were great. You could eat here every night while in Lincoln and never run out of food options.
On Thursday’s its a fish fry special “all you can eat” . The fish batter is light & airy, hard to tell its been fried; nice & flaky! Cole slaw is good & the tartar sauce is great. There is an extensive tap beer menu but no merlot.
My fiancé and I are visiting Franconia for Foliage and staying @ Mittersill.
We met friends for lunch here and had reservations for noon today (9/30/23).
Greeted warmly and promptly. Sat @ a large booth for plenty of room. Big plus is both sides are opened. If one had to “powder their nose”, they didn’t have to inconvenience the other person to let them in/out.
Onto the lunch and beverage orders, our server didn’t pressure us. He gave us ample time to decide.
I ordered the Balsamic Chicken Caprese sandwich ($15.99) and it was SCRUMPTIOUS!!! 😋
It came with a choice of side dish, I selected on the rice pilaf.
My fiancé ordered the BLT (price unknown) and our friends ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (Price unknown) each.
Service was ok. I needed a refill and never received one. Fortunately I wasn’t really thirsty and I did have a glass of water.
Great restaurant and very decorative!
Wow is all I can say about this place. Everything about it was cool! Food was excellent, service was excellent and I could sit in there for hours checking out the decor. Highly recommend the Maple Horseradish steak. Fantastic! The guys working the bar area were excellent servers!
First off our server Caleb was fantastic, he was very attentive and was quick too. We started with the mussels which was served with garlic bread ,wish they gave you more. We had a Paradise Punch drink(delicious) and we split a fisherman's platter, it was very good and not oily at all. The Carrot cake was out of this world. Reasonably priced as well.
Called the day before to try to make reservations, but no answer (they must have been busy). So we ventured over for an early dinner the next day, a few minutes before opening. We were seated right away and immediately brought bread and ordered drinks.
Our spinach artichoke dip was delicious, as was the seafood trio, meatloaf and chicken parm.
My youngest ordered chicken tenders, and I was surprised at how many came with his meal and how crispy they were. He was very impressed with his chocolate ice cream for dessert too… as was I with my carrot cake. Server was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.
Good portion size and tasty food. They have a gluten free menu.
Ski Pub like decor. It is definitely not high end. It is cute and casual.
The tables are far enough from each other. We were there on a Thursday early evening. It was pretty busy.
They offered gluten free roll! Try the sweet potato!
See the pictures of the menu.
I was planning to eat the prime Rib but it was already out.
Put your sweater on you might get cold inside. They have outdoor seating as well.
A great place to dine at Lincoln. Tasty food and deceptively filling. We enjoyed our french soup and sesame chicken appetizer with wasabee sauce. loved the way my Pumpkin ale was served with maple sugar sprinkled on the glass rim. we ordered 2 entree dishes - chilli crusted haddock and crabmeat stuffed haddock. Both dishes were quite filling and tasty.
Kinda funny joint — grand seats but food doesn’t match inducing an odd dissonance. The decor hints at this.
By all means it wasn’t bad, the ribeye was pretty solid and fish and chips/clam chowder were acceptable. It isn’t worth going out of your way though
Totally enjoyed our trip to Gordi's. My husband said the fried scallops were the best he's ever had. The clam chowder was really good and so was the prime rib. Our waitress was great.
