We sat on the patio, overlooking the man made pond or very small lake with fountains in their patio is basically above palmers the setting is very soothing,they have some large pots or planters with flowers and herbs in that leads to birds coming to and from to check them out our server was very friendly and attentive, food was good their batter fried mushrooms were some of the best we've eaten, I had the crab cake entree which was actually 5 small cakes which were also delicious, my wife and I went there for lunch, a great place to eat. I recommend it try it out for yourself ,you won't be disappointed enjoy, for personally selfish reasons, I hope this doesn't make it too popular

The atmosphere, workers, and food is amazing!!! Can't go wrong with the veggie burger or hummus...actually you can't go wrong with any food from here. I recommend it to anyone & everyone!! #yumyum
Overall the visit was good but I will break it down a bit. The ambience of the restaurant is great especially if you get a window seat with a nice view of the pond and ducks. The menu hasn't changed much over the years meaning there are a few dishes that you can count on being good. The Brie appetizer is one of them and you really can't go wrong with the either the Bronte Burger or the Bronte Vegetarian Chili. Service is good not great but nothing that would prevent additional visits. Price is slightly above average price (some of this is newly raised). I will end with this, overall this place is pretty good and the fact that you are in a wonderful Book store plus!
The food was really good. There was bit of a wait since I believe they are short staffed. But other than that, it was an enjoyable experience and I plan on coming back a lot more!
Food was good. Nice atmosphere and view, but I think they are short-staffed. We did not get any refills on drinks or the hot saice I asked for (waitress did not come back until she gave us our check) but she was still friendly and moved our table when we asked to get one by the windows! So it's totally understandable
