Very very good. We had to wait awhile but we did go on a Friday night. I know it is pricey but I would go back! Great service and very personal. Every bite of food was amazing.

I went to the Fayette mall this weekend and thought of having mu lunch at the CheeseCake Factory. The place was beautifully setup and was almost full. We were guided to our seats where a humble waitress was there to cater us. The menu had a good range of options to choose from. The food was tasty and cheesecake just blew my mind.
The service was slow, but the place was too crowded. So, I believe that could be the reason. And, the food was slightly overpriced.
A wonderful atmosphere, an amazing space, and friendly service, but you sure do pay for it. Very expensive prices and an encyclopedia for a menu, which I never like. Having said that, the appetizers and the cheesecake were delicious, but once again, we found the entrees to be lacking.
For appetizers, we ordered the crispy Cuban rolls (crispy wrappers filled with slow roasted pork, ham, melted Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard, served with a pickled mayo dip) and the crispy fried cheese (mozzarella and fontina cheeses, served with marinara sauce). For entrees, we ordered the pasta (lunch portion) with chicken and scampi sauce and the Italian sandwich (roast turkey, Italian soppressata, prosciutto, marinated cherry peppers, fontina and parmesan cheese with lettuce, tomato and mayo on a grilled artisan roll). For cheesecake, my wife ordered the Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Galore (Hershey's cheesecake topped with house-made marshmallow and Honey Maid graham crackers) and I ordered the Vanilla Bean (creamy vanilla bean cheesecake, topped with vanilla mousse and whipped cream).
The crispy Cuban rolls were a highlight and offered an amazing combination of flavors, and the accompanying dip was spot-on. Unfortunately, the pasta was saturated with sauce and was way too greasy, and the Italian sandwich should have been served warm, and the sandwich was overwhelmed by the artisan roll because it was sliced too thickly (also, the fries were served cold).
In the future, we will return for appetizers and cheesecake when we are near the mall or before we go to the movies.
Great customer service. We ordered take out last week, when we got back home our order was wrong. I called the manager who offered to fix it if we were able to come back. Unfortunately we are about 20 mins away and it wasn't possible. So the manager mailed me a gift card to make it right. Very grateful, and will deff try back again.
My first time. Huge menu... so big as to be distracting. Was able to find something I could eat and enjoyed it (After some surgery, that's pretty major in and of itself. No wait the day I was there but had to sit at the bar. Not sure I would ever wait the length of time I have heard about. Will go back.
Ate here during their "soft opening" when they were training the staff. Beautiful restaurant, very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food portions are HUGE and the food was tasty. Of course, the cheesecake menu is large. We had vanilla bean cheesecake and Godiva cheesecake. Oh my! It will be easy to go here with my husband and spilt a meal and a piece of cheesecake, keeling our bill under $35.
