My family's all time favorite. Staff is great, food always comes out hot and freshly prepared, prices are affordable and the decor is a bonus. Try the zombie if you want a solid drink
Firstly, the inside of the restaurant was very well decorated and very clean. They had many seating options, including spacious and comfortable enclosed booths. There was also a variety to choose from on the menu with great pricing, and the employees were very friendly. They brought out the food quickly and made sure you always had enough water. Also, they had a very nice bathroom, which was spotless.
Update 8/3/22: Still fantastic! Service is still on point and the food is still delicious. Can't stress the "don't judge a book by its cover". New pics attached. Keep it up guys!
Don't judge a book by it's cover! The food and service were terrific! They just have this odd Chinese/ tiki bar thing going on and the place is outdated but who cares you're there to eat. They make sure your glass is never empty and that the fried noodles are always full. I got the sesame chicken combo that came with an egg drop soup that was really good. The food came out fast and tasted super fresh. The fried rice didn't need anything, it was very flavorful and tasty. The chicken was crispy with actual chicken in it not gristle like so many other places. Boneless spare ribs were also delicious. My wife took me and our boys here and everything was good. If your looking for a new, good and well priced quality Chinese spot Don't hesitate to stop here.
Service was as expected especially with one person for everyone, won ton soup was delicious the zombie drink would turn you into one if you drink to many ( watch your step when leaving as the stoop is slopped ) dinner tasted good but to much fat for my liking ( in the hunan beef) vegetables were delicious as well. Restrooms clean and updated and apparently so is there new computer system. Enjoy!
Very good food. They make you feel very comfortable when we dined inside. The prices are a little higher than other Chinese food places. They have a very nice tikki bar too!!
I'm a huge boneless rib fan. Most places just cut whatever meat they can and send it on its way this place has soft tender flavorful ribs. They're sweet and sour sauce is fantastic as well it tastes homemade and not like every other Chinese restaurant. If you want a delicious unique yet familiar flavor add a great price then I strongly recommend this restaurant.
The food is delicious. We ordered 2 plates of food and shared it amongst the 3 of us and we were full. The atmosphere was wonderful, loved the blowfish lights. The waiter was sure to make sure we were well hydrated by asking us if we wanted something to drink multiple times. They even provided a candle with ice cream for my dads birthday. And the fortune cookies are great. Love this place.
I would have given 3.5 stars but no half stars so rounded it up. For a Hawaiian/Chinese this is what I would expect. I guess I am use to my local Chinese spot and tasted different than I wanted. It is worth a trip to say you had Chinese in a tiki hut drinking a zombie.
Best Chinese food in the area!! 100% recommend. My family and I ate in and we absolutely loved it. Their food is extremely tasty and everyone is so nice!!
This may be my new go-to Chinese food place. The dumplings were the best I've had in, I don't know how long. Same with the egg rolls. And the chicken was crisp and flavorful. I'll be back, and I'll bring my friends!
