It's tough taking over a family owned business from a family that dedicated so much of their lives to it. There are going to be transitions and changes and the Piazza family will be truly missed but it's a mistake to change the recipes. Dolly's sauce is totally different. The hallmark of the restaurant in my opinion. Prices and portion sizes are a business decision and that's understandable but changing what made the Grand a success could be disastrous. I still wish the Farmer family the best of luck.
We had dinner here last night and it was incredible. The service and the food were stellar! They still serve Dolly's sauce which makes everything taste wonderful. Don't miss out; go and have a meal there. You won't be sorry! A+ from me!!
Biggest and best fish fry around. With a side of spaghetti. Only complaint is that we had take out and the food was ready about 20 minutes later than promised. This happened 2 weeks in a row. Looks like they did a nice job inside updating the restaurant. Convenient take out door in back.
I'd give it a 10 if I could. I just had one of the very best fish fries I have ever had. Just the right amount of beer batter, lightly seasoned fries and a wonderful cole slaw. The roll was a bonus. This is the second meal I've had with the new management and so far it's been great. I know it will keep up as it's obvious your are going above and beyond to please your customers.
My dinner companion's chicken something l looked very good, and she said it was as good as it looked. I wasn't thrilled with my linguine and clam. In fairness some of that was my using too much red pepper. Still, the sauce was thinner than I expected.

Have been coming here for years, but have not visited since under new ownership until last Saturday. We pleased to see the updates/remodel efforts! Looking very nice! Seated promptly, given our choice of tables, which was very nice. Menu has changed slightly since the last time we visited. Seemed a bit smaller than before, but plenty to choose from still. I ordered Eggplant Parm, one of my favorite dishes, husband had the broiled fish- cajun style. The portions here are absolutely HUGE. My dish had three gigantic slices of eggplant, which completely covered the bed of pasta it was served on. I did have a choice as far as the cut of pasta and opted for angel hair. Food arrived hot, without too long of a wait. Fresh bread was served, and we both had a choice of soup or salad to go with it. Husband said fish was outstanding- the piece of fish took up the entire oblong shaped platter. He opted for angel hair on the side as well. He raved about the meal.... My meal was really good, however I didn't care for the sauce. Let me preface this by saying I am not used to sauce that is sweet, like sugar was added. I prefer a more savory option. It was good, just not my personal preference. If you enjoy a sweeter pasta sauce- this is your place- you will love it! We will most certainly return as it was an enjoyable experience, the food was plentiful and tasty.
My Friend went to LB Grand, I order Chicken Parm, and It was the Best Dinner that I had in So Long!! My friend and I will Definitely return, hopefully with More Of My Friends . My Waitress was Very Plesant, and Answered all of our Questions asked. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL DINNER. I'M HOPING THAT THEY SELL THERE SAUCE. DELICIOUS..😁🍷
