You won't go wrong here. Great burger made from high quality beef that tasted good on its own. Burger was done quickly cooked and dressed to perfection. Not greasy. Fries cooked to crisp perfection outside and soft inside. These folks have it down to perfection.
Family friendly. Tables are cleared quickly.
Large restrooms need a little more attention to strewn paper.
Restroom was clean this time. Really nothing more to add than photos. Whole place was spotless. Tray dump is by door going out and not immediately obvious if you don't go there regularly. I asked where it was and an employee took my tray herself and dumped it for me. Unlike a lot of burgers, some of them good, this one has very little grease for those avoiding greasy foods.
Love their Original Char burger and their fries are among the best fries around as far as burger joints go. Not a ton of dining seating, but mostly because there are always a lot of people in there it feels like. Parking lot is super small but not a big deal.

I have always ordered the Santa Barbara Char, which is awesome, but this time, I ordered the portobollo char just to try something new. It was also awesome. Also, the tempura green beans are a great alternative to fries.
Brought in family from out of town here. Though the food was good, the service was subpar. This surprised me as I've never had a bad visit here. We order up at the counter as we have always preferred ordering from there than using the "kiosk." The front counter lady was rude, very unpleasant, and seemed annoyed that we would order there than the kiosk. I have only used the kiosk once before and didn't like it as I have to give my cell phone number to receive my receipt if I desire to have one, and to be notified of when our order would be ready. This visit I actually had left my phone in the car and didn't want to go get it either, and like stated, I prefer to order from the counter. I will visit again and will still recommend it, but I think we will take a break for a while.
Fresh juicy patties. Tried it out last week and was pleasantly surprised how fresh it was. The fries and onion rings were hot and delicious even with delivery. I would order again.
Burger was good. Nothing special to be honest. But it was made exactly as I ordered it and was a good size. Fries kinda made me think they might be made in house, kinda like In N’ Out, but bigger. Only downside is they were way too salty. Like they’re individually dipped in a bag of salt before being placed in the basket.
Good atmosphere and place was clean which isn’t always the case with a restaurant.
Food is delicious and service is great. Good tasty burgers
Varied menu, chicken and burger sandwich options. I thought I saw a vegetarian burger also.
While the food was good, it was higher priced when compared burger places like 5 guys and smash burger.
