I like their nova lox bagels. their selection of bagels is pretty good. they're ordering and paying system is kind of confusing, first you have to order at one register then you have to go to another register to pay. it's a waste of time. they should just open up more registers, not have customers deal with two cashiers. Their app doesn't allow you to specify what type of bagel you would like to order or if you like to have the bagel toasted.

There was no line to get in or order. I was allowed to use the restroom. It was an easy order of 3 sliced bagels & cream cheese. They have a new bagel slicer as well. Friendly staff & quick transaction. Good job!

The food is great! A huge variety of bagels and sandwiches with a good selection for vegetarians. The plain bagels are also vegan. The staff is very welcoming, and the shop is clean. Good coffee, too.

They had a new breakfast burrito that was fantastic with some hot chocolate for the cold morning.

Bagels are delicious. Staff has always been great every time I've come in, and I get always get my order in a timely fashion.
