Love this restaurant! !!! Had the best king sized prime rib and salmon. The cesar salad and blue crab cakes are delicious! !!! I ordered a bottle of wine. I went back after awhile and I guess my original chef is no longer their. So its not exactly the same. :-( He had skills!!! My chef came out and introduced himself..I told him thanks for the wonderful meal. Still love this place. Will always come back.
So very disappointed that Sam Boyd has decided to close this amazing restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect, Prime Rib was Fabulous, and overall great dining experience. WHY? I think they are attempting to shift the business back to Sam's Town ...... but this customer likes the Cannery. Not Happy with Sam Boyd but LOVE THE CARVE, all staff and Casino.
Carve is one of the best steak houses in Las Vegas, My husband and I ate there once back on 2011, then we brought our daughter and then our friends, and for the last six years there is no other steakhouse that treats us like family, we love their food, steak, seafood, appetizers, wine, soups, salads, we have tried it all!. Excellent customer service by every one and each employee at "Carve" they are the ones who make our dinning experience very special, to us "CARVE" is and always will be the best steak house in ALL of Las Vegas!
Love it. Almost always have the petite filet, but have had lamb chops and Chilean sea bass (no longer available.) All wait staff are superb. If you ever go, ask for Roy. He's our favorite. The only detractor is the spill-over of casino noise, but you can tune that out.
Excellent atmosphere and very elegant under appreciated restraunt . It was an excellent dinner experience they truly earn the five stars from me. I would like to say thank you to my friends Scott and Val for the evening out and to the staff for the excellent night out with my wife.

My husband & I love Carve Steakhouse. All of the food we have eaten there is delicious. I especially love the filet mignon & warm spinach salad. He really enjoys all of their seafood dishes & their rack of lamb. Whenever you are in Las Vegas, you will not regret eating at Carve.
Best place to eat in town great service Blu-ray Trish's great waiters great food great Cooks all around good vanilla strip casinos in this one stands out for this steak is just Tasty Pasty and incredible you need to come try it one day there's nothing better in this town unless you go to Eldorado casino and then you never know baby
