The quality of your visit at Subway will be directly proportional to the kind of teenagers who are working there. You always end up with a decent sandwich but the overall experience varies over time. Every time we go there it's a completely different group of kids.
The food was great and the guy that made everything was awesome but the lady working the register has no customer service skills, she was snippy with an online customer coming in to pickup food which rubbed them the wrong way then up charged me saying the all American Club was a melt ($1more) because it had bacon… it comes with bacon I told her and showed her online, then she said because it was toasted (I call Bologna!) I could care less about the dollar, if you’re wrong own up to it!
I really enjoyed my sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. The sauce is so good.it gives it good flavor. I like it because you can add as much of whatever toppings you want. I like spinach on it instead of lettuce. When I went the lady was working really hard but fast to get the line down. My sandwich was amazing. It hit the spot.
Absolutely amazing and by far my personal favorite experience from a subway. Jordan was the worker that helped me today and it was so amazing watching him juggle and handle multiple customers without even hesitating to show off his customer service skills. By far a superb an phenomenal guy and I'm genuinely impressed and taken aback. Workers like him are vital and needed. Extremely courteous and helpful, friendly and definitely a great addition to the subway team. I hope the manager sees this review because this guy is phenomenal and deserves every bit of praise for all his hard work and respectfulness.
