Ordered a Zombie Unicorn cake for my daughter. I arrived to pick it up and discovered it was actually done incorrectly. I wasn't too upset over that, and would've taken it anyways if it would've taken long to redo. However, the gentleman was willing to redo the entire cake. It turned out excellent, we were very happy with it, and I believe that we actually ended up with a larger one than ordered for the same price.
Would return for another specialty cake in the future. Only wish I had gotten the gentleman's name.
My experience with this company has gone done hill over the past 5 years or so etc. but I don’t eat much dairy in general but still go back as my daughter loves the yearly birthday cakes. So I tried a new location while in town and this one was very nice. They did an excellent job on my daughters cake it came out beautiful tasted great and fresh. My guests enjoyed the chocolate cake/chocolate ice cream it came out better then expected just wish there were more ice cream choices (w/o nuts to chose from). I will always use this 31 flavors location fast, friendly and most importantly clean!
We had the Banana Royale and as always, it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and promptly made our yummy treats!
I order a ice cream cake online but their system wasn't working properly. So I have to pick one out of the freezer 🙃. The service was great even though I didn't get the cake I wanted.

The ice cream was really tasty and even though they were pretty busy the two girls in there moved the line very quickly and was also really nice and helpful. The place was clean and seemed like the popular spot to get ice cream! Definitely going back soon.

I got a chocolate shake with cone coating put in it. Paid and almost walked out but I noticed that it was really runny like chocolate milk not a shake so I walk in again. And they remade it again. The girl look like she was just starting a new job so I won't be real hard on her.
Best service ever. They were out of the ice cream I wanted, my dreams were crushed. So as I was silently deciding not to get any the young server immediately recommended another flavor, it wasn't my cup of tea and she knew it so she followed up with another, right on the spot. I ended up with 2 scoops plus toppings, if she hadn't been quick on her toes I would've passed. Best part was this happened 5 minutes before closing.
