Always a pleasure walking into Starbucks on S Decatur! Kitty is amazing! I’ve been coming here just shy of a year when I’m in town for work! She always greets me by my name with a beautiful, kind smile!
The manager and staff are also eager to greet you as well and make you feel welcome at their location!
This place had some of the best service out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to.
I got off work and headed over to get a drink. My son had called and asked for a ride to work, which meant I'd get home about an hour late. I had a tuna sandwich from my work & asked Brian for a bag with some ice to keep it from going bad (it's Vegas and 110 outside- AC only goes so far in my car!) He didn't bat an eye or think my request was odd. He just helped me out, 100% friendly, so now I have a dinner to eat once I get home. I appreciate the friendliness, it's great after a long day
The fist time I visit had one not so good experience but that’s because this store and employee were new and un experienced now 5 or 6 months later I came back and they were more friendly and trained and was able to get the drink how I wanted it
Used the drive through to get my and my hubs two drinks and they were very friendly and kind. Even gave us Encanto sticks on our drinks! We loved it ♡
Decided to spend a little time sitting in this Starbucks with my friend. We chatted until it was time for us to leave. This is a nice Starbucks too.
Absolutely the best coffee! This is the mocha crunch 10 /10 from the family
I love going to this Starbucks. It’s close to my house. The drinks are always good and the staff are kind and welcoming. But they always have really loud music. Sometimes I have virtual meetings and I hope they can turn the music down. Also I want to listen to my own music on my earphone too and it’s impossible because their music is too loud.
All these years later and Starbucks is still my go to treat when I deserve and can afford an iced caramel mochiatto with an add shot with whip cream. I am still in awe and have a level of respect for any person that works here because his in the heck do they memorize that complicated menu? I still get confused when I'm asked what size wait what you mean tall means small I don't get it and isn't vente green or twenty in Spanish haha. Thanks Starbucks keep up the great work and keep the coffee brewing.
This is the slowest Starbucks I have visited. And I have been to quite a few.
