It’s been a year since I’ve eaten here and again they did not fail to satisfy not only my hunger with large portions but the flavors were authentic and delicious! From the soft shell crab appetizer to the mochi banana split everything was excellent! Our waitress; Winnie was very sweet, fast , and tentative! Open kitchen full of energy and pleasant vibes!

Two words: FIRECRACKER CHICKEN! Delicious and great flavor profile! Also the spicy sautéed green beans are a must have! Super quick service, and very polite staff!

I ordered their new year special with the angry lobster noodles that was pretty good. The place has a nice environment and I sat at the bar which was nice to see how all the staff interacted with each other. It felt like they were all family/friends which makes for a nice vibe. When I first got there I waited at their sign that said wait to be seated for several minutes while it was not busy. After being sat the service was extremely quick and they brought everything out back to back as soon as I was done with the soup my entree appeared and same for my dessert.

Dined here a couple of times. Service was ok. There was a little delay with someone to come by but fast to get our food. Food: Pad Thai Lettuce Wraps Beef Chow Fun The Pad Thai and Chow Fun was ok. I enjoyed it. I personally loved the lettuce wrap. It was so flavorful.

The service was slow not sure why. We can at 11p.m and it was only three other people in the restaurant. The food was great,so that made up for the slow service. The lobster fried rice was excellent. We will give this place another try the next time we're in town.

I dont understand why this place has only 3.5 stars this is my second time here. Service and food is amazing. Is the best place after the buffet to eat at the palms.

As the puzzle of the remodeling of the Palms continues to be revealed more and more fantastic restaurants pop up... This new restaurant is located in the space that once was the original High Roller room at the Palms. It housed the Bar, cigar humidor, Blackjack and Baccarat tables that had the likes of every celebrity and athlete of the 2000's. That high limit room has now moved and they very smartly and creatively added this noodle shop into this space. This shop has a great menu and variety of great food and drinks. The host politely found us a seat quickly, our server promptly got our drink orders and then took our food order. We watched as the cooks quickly looked over our order and very quickly started preparing the food. When our food arrived it was very well plated and almost didn't want to eat as it was so pretty....anyway 10 minutes later it was all gone and it was soooooo good. They have great soups, entrees, drinks and desserts. If your ever in the neighborhood I suggest you try this for a great dinner.

By far the best Lobster Fried Rice I've ever had. Very tasty with a lot of lobster. I got it To-Go to eat in my room but the dining area is pretty small. I've been to the buffet and to Tim Ho Wan and would eat here over the other 2 options hands down!

Excellent food. Horrible name. I never went here because I thought it was a ramin place. But it’s not!! It’s a regular Chinese restaurant with food of all types. Not just noodles. So don’t let the name scare you. It’s amazing. And to the owners, change the name!!! You’re limiting your customers by calling it a noodle house.

Cindy is our server and she wowed us with her kind and upbeat personality, suggesting items on the menu by popularity. She says the place has been open for over a month. We ordered tempura green beans, XO shrimp udon, and mushu pork. The shrimp was a little disappointing. It was medium sized filler shrimp, not jumbo shrimp. But it was still delicious! We took a chance and we are extremely pleased!
